As a small hotel I understand the facilities will be minimal but in view of this it was extremely disappointing that it was not possible to even have a tea or coffee in the room.

The bed was to my taste too hard, as in many modern hotels.

A very nice family run hotel with friendly staff. A great view from our terrace across the bay. Only a 10 minute walk to the old town.

Our room was on the top floor and it only had a tiny angled window. I wish we had been told this when making our reservation and provided with other room options.

The parking area was a huge plus, and very convenient.

Lovely little hotel, our second visit. Perfect location to visit Villefranche sur Mer. Little swimming pool, great to cool off and sunbathe. Plenty of choice at breakfast and freshly cooked eggs to order. View from the breakfast terrace over the bay, we love it here.

What a wonderful hotel! The location and amenities are fantastic - beautiful private, spacious balconies, spectacular views, lovely eating area with outdoor dining overlooking the Mediterranean coast and perfect pool for sunbathing or relaxing not to mention great location a few minutes walk to the heart of Villefranche.

Hard to say. Perhaps the furniture in the breakfast area lounge could be given a little refresh.

The hotel is super cute and has the most beautiful view first off. The location is great, not too close to all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to the centre of Villefranche sur Mer in 10 minutes or so. Annick, her husband and the staff were fantastic and looked after us in every way. Breakfast looks out onto the most picture card sea view, what's not to like!

Although we knew before the lack of a kettle is crazy. Breakfast also for 14 euros per person is not worth it. Think the plugs in the room could really do with updating too as our adapter couldn’t fit into them but fit the new one in the bathroom fine.

Seems like pretty good value for money. Lovely bathroom, great location, the offer of towels for the pool and beach was great too. Staff were friendly and the place had more of a personal feel than other places

Lovely from start to finish. Beautifully professional greeting and as we arrived early we were invited to wait on the terrace. The room was large, clean with a roof window where we could see the whole bay from.

I opted for a balcony room so I could enjoy the amazing panoramic views. lovely to enjoy a glass of wine early evening. it would have been nice to have a wine glass and water glasses in the room.

The hotel was wonderful and the vows spectacular! The only thing was it took the room a long time to cool off so having the air on before arrival would have been welcomed. We had to get ready for dinner and it was HOT!

We had a small kitchen in our room which we were unable to use because there was no cutlery, crockery, pots/pans etc. When we asked for plates and forks, the hotel wanted to charge us €20. We found this a little puzzling? In addition, the airconditioner did not cool the room adequately.

The view looking out to the ocean, the location to the old town and local beaches. The staff were very friendly. The swimming pool is an added bonus.
