Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

눉the hotel is badly in need of a renovation. the room was pretty worn out, especially the toilet/shower & furniture.

눉Constant alarm type noise which seemed to come from next door room. Spoke to manager who assured us there was no alarm but magically stopped soon after though started again early next morning. Apparently it was a machine which he admitted he switched off when we complained but obviously switched it back on early in the morning! Thankfully we managed to get sleep!

눉Sure, the rooms are dated, with worn furniture. But we’ve got the impression that they’re doing the best they can with the means they have. But new white linens, with no bedspread together with soft white towels could do wonders. Add to this a deep cleaning and all this will be a good start.
눇The serviceminded and friendly owner and staff. The breakfast. The free parking. The free and good WIFI. The good and also silent A/C. And of course the fridge with soft drinks (which are refilled at not charge). And on top of this, it’s close to the beach, close to several restaurants and also close to a convenience store.

눉The hotel was dirty, falling apart, and smelt of smoke, no eating places nearby, not a very nice part of sete to stay in. Very expensive too!

눉When you enter the main entrance you are greeted with a strong odour of cigarettes. The room was filthy with sticky/greasy light switches. 20-30 year old stained and rusted furniture. Stained and dirty floors. Hole in the bath. Wall paper peeling off. Some lights not working. It appears to have been built in the 60s or 70s and has had minimal upkeep since then. Even the old furniture seems to be from this period. When we politely mentioned this we received a very apathetic attitude in return.

눉Locks on balcony sliding window/doors not working - need to bring down the electronic shutter to ensure security as rooms on ground floor. Shutter on one room broke and was unable to raise it. Room next to back entrance very noisy throughout the night. Had asked on Booking .com for a quiet room.
눇Perfect location across from beach, restaurants and shops. Clean and comfortable rooms with balcony and outside seating. Friendly staff. Ample parking in a parking lot which is locked at nigh time.

눉The hotel is a little bit away from everything and the area smelled strongly of fish. We had a bit of difficulties finding a place to eat, as we arrived at 10 p.m. and almost all places were closing.
