It's in a good location in Gruissan old town. The room was small but had everything we needed & very clean & warm. Comfortable bed & good bed linen. Breakfast was your normal french breakfast yogurt, fruit , cheese, ham etc but good local produce. There is coffee & tea in the kitchen that you can help yourself to. Christelle was very helpful when we arrived the WiFi wasn't working in our room but she sorted it out very quickly for us.

Very cute hotel. It definitely needs some renovation as there was a large water stain on our ceiling and the walls in the bathroom needing painting as well as some cracks in the shower, but overall a very comfortable stay. The bed was big and the mattress was good.

Gruissan is a lovely town with amazing salt flats, long open beaches, colourful streets, fresh seafood - with La Maison Gruissan a quaint manor-turned-hotel. The host was extremely friendly and we enjoyed breakfast in the stylish dining room. Merci!!

Just a minor note that the shower head was broken and overhead tropical shower-head didn’t work at all ( we were in first room on the left) and not enough plugs in room if you need to work, charge phones etc.

On one day it rained which meant we needed to sit indoors and aside from our room, which was lovely but a little bit small. there was limited inside space.

This is a really lovely property in the old village of Gruissan and it has beeb beautifully maintained and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. There were lovely touches all over. We really liked our stay here.

La Maison de Gruissan is a gorgeous B&B, with friendly, helpful staff and a great breakfast. The decor is tasteful and pretty and the outdoor space is perfect for breakfast or sitting in the evening. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. It is located right near the restaurants and bars in the town and about half an hour walk from the beach.

The breakfast selection is very small, which is not bad in any way. But with a small selection I at least expect good quality. This was not the case with the Croissants and Chocolatine being among the driest we had in France. The description texts for the rooms are a little misleading indicating each unit has a separate kitchen or terrace, which is not the case. Also the free upgrades advertised on booking are a joke with the upgrade being among similar categories. Hopefully this is not to scam but just unclear formulation or translation. However, I think the hosts should improve here. The room was not cleaned over the four night stay and there was no shampoo in the shower. Sure we could have asked for it, but would still be nice to be asked or to be provided automatically. There was an additional 1€/Person/day city tax that was not listed only where it says all charges and taxes included. Leaves a bad taste as well.

Overall a nice house that was renovated very well. The shared facilities are nice and the communication with hosts was easy.
