Room standard was much higher than expected and the outdoor pool was a lovely surprised. They staff were all very helpful, friendly and created a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The food was great.

Nothing of note except the long gravel drive from the parking. However I was able to reverse down to unload luggage and same to collect.

Lovely staff, couldn’t have been nicer. Really welcoming and perfect with various languages. Room was plain but perfectly comfortable and met our needs.

We couldn't honestly say that there was something we didn't like about this hotel.

This is an excellent small hotel, easily accessed from the main road from Perpignan to Quillan. It is super quiet. The meals we had in the restaurant were of super quality and represented excellent value for money. The breakfast too was a superb continental type and very reasonably priced and with no limit on the food, coffee or juices. The room had been very tastefully renovated and the bathroom had a super shower. But most of all we really loved the staff. The owners have done a good job in selecting staff who we found to be super friendly and helpful. The garden area was well furnished and the swimming pool was perfectly clean and well maintained. Definitely this hotel is worth a visit, we loved it !!.

Swimming pool needed a shock chlorine treatment. Although the house itself has been beautifully renovated, the gardens are a little neglected.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. They had a party that evening to which we were invited but also gave us a room in a quiet part of the hotel in case we didn’t wish to be disturbed.

The dinner menu was a little limited and the breakfast was expensive for continental style. The hotel was a little isolated but that was part of its attraction!

The staff at the hotel were so helpful, friendly and supportive. We so enjoyed the swimming pool. The rooms were very good and the food was extremely good. Overall our experience was superb with the staff going out of their way to always help!

excellent staff attitude & approach . Dinner was very good, excellently & creatively presented . Very interesting that it has themed rest areas in the gardens with several relaxing water features , and of course the outdoor swimming pool . Also inside quite creatively decorated .

The hotel is easy to find with ample free parking. It is surrounded by mountains and has streams running through the property. Alejandra is very welcoming and speaks excellent English, as do most of the team. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant serves excellent food at a very good price. The breakfast is also very good. Thank you Alejandra, we hope to see you again soon.

Only thing I’d change is comfort in the pool area, no cushion’s on the loungers so didn’t stay out for long. Could do with more vegetarian menu options, they said they were in process of updating this.

Rooms are really well appointed. Staff are super lovely. The whole garden was full of roses- very beautiful! Location is great for me, beautiful part of the area with plenty to see and do.

I have to say this is a very unique and quirky hotel. Upon arrival it looks a bit run down with leather sofas outside as seating and a mix of plastic adult and children’s furniture in the garden. But once inside the rooms were fabulous and the service was fantastic. Over all with dinner included a little expensive for the area but when looking at the quality of the bedroom I can see why it is pitched at this price

The bedroom was immaculate and the hospitality was great. The proximity to the mountains makes it a great base or stop over for travelling

Easy to find with plenty of free parking. The rooms are very large, quiet, comfortable and well appointed. The views of the mountains are fabulous and this hotel is a great place to explore the western Pyrenees and Andorra from. The owners are fabulous and made us feel extremely welcome. They were preparing for a theme night from their home country of El Salvador and were upset that we would not be there the following night to experience it. They were not deterred and offered us some traditional food from El Salvador so we could see what we were missing. We were even shown how it was best to eat it. We will definitely return here next summer on our motorcycles. Thank you Alejandra and Andrea for your hospitality.

The only negative point was a bad smell of sewer in the room, think perhaps they have a recycle system with failure. Breakfast could be a little better.

Very nice people in the reception, we felt at home and had good talks about life and the area´s mystique history. Nice pizza night like in a family.

Warm, friendly, helpful staff able to converse perfectly in many languages - including English. Informal but very comfortable, well equipped surroundings in a beautiful location. And the restaurant serves truly exceptional food. The location is perfect for visiting all the castles and lakes in the area and there is walking from the door - for example, to local town of Quillan.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. A little oasis in the Pyrenees. Different gardens dotted around to relax everywhere. The food was incredible. Great welcome from the 3 sisters. We were only sorry we didn’t stay longer!

Nothing really, it was not very easy to find, but eventually we got there. The garden was somewhat quirky, and not really to our taste, but it is not a conventional garden! Having said all that, it was enjoyable!

The way our hostesses treated us, nothing was too much trouble. They were kind, polite and helpful. A pleasure to be there . The food was excellent, we very much enjoyed our stay there.

That we didn't stay longer

The hotel is quirky in its appearance and layout. We are experienced travellers (Motorcycle Group) and without doubt this is the best hotel we have stayed at when looking at all aspects, staff, location, food, facilities, price - did I mention the staff - absolutely delightful people.
