I wish we would have stayed longer

The hotel was in a fantastic location. We had a relaxed stay during our visit to Cassis.

Just that the room was a little small but otherwise everything was great.

The woman at the reception was very nice. The room was a rather small but had everything we needed, including a mini fridge. The bathroom was small but functional. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING - had a huge assortment of jams, honey, viennoiserie, yogurt, eggs, baked tomatoes, fruit etc. I would go back just for the breakfast. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try the swimming pool.

Hope Great Western keeps the fabric of the building as spruced up as it deserves - there are a few signs that the wonderful checking area could do with a revamp.

The setting is just perfect - overlooking the bay and in reach of the bustle of the port.

We had their standard room as we were only there for a couple of nights but the room we had was small and outdated/tired. The bathroom ceiling was discoloured and looked liked mould.

The property is in a great location. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The pool area is lovely and there were always enough sun beds to pop down for an hour or two.

The staff were wonderful. Super helpful and kind. Fantastic pool and deck, with a view of the ocean. Rooms clean and comfy, albeit a little small. Balcony fits just one chair. Lovely stay, would definitely rebook.

Air-conditioning could have been a bit more affective.

Location was fabulous, ideal for accessing the picturesque port. Breakfast was amazing good, choices and fresh orange juice. Good value for money.

Mostly lovely helpful staff, with one exception. Small rooms, hard to fit the bag around the bed. But the rooms are pretty.

Some lights in the room were dim. Room needs some updating, although the bathroom was modern.

When we arrived in the dark during the night I didn’t think much of the room because it’s a bit dated and it overlooked the street and parking. In the morning however, we discovered the stunning view from the main breakfast/lounge room. It overlooks the swimming pool, Mediterranean Sea, Calanques. The hotel has a very homey feel. The common space invites to sit there. Their large swimming pool is amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was huge (with a separate room, great for families). The staff was very friendly and service minded. Very good breakfast. Awesome location just a few minutes walk from the harbour and beaches, but because of the elevation with this stunning view. On site private parking (needs reservation). I truly loved this hotel.

Allover the hotel needs renovation, especially for that price. The breakfast needs to be better with at least some healthy products on top. The AC in the rooms cannot work properly, because even with 35 degrees outside, everything is open at the reception level, even the big glas fronts, which is - sry - really stupid.

I liked the comfortable bed and the good location. The young lady at the reception was very nice.

The rooms are small for two people but it works for short stay. Perfect for one person.

The rooms are very small, but are comfortable. Limited number of hotel parking spots. Some staff were friendly but others at reception could improve.

Great location, very nice pool and deck with views over the bay of Cassis, good breakfast selection. You can walk to all main sites, which is a big plus.
