This is a very good hotel for a family, there are very good swimming pools, restaurants , supermarkt and more right next to the hotel. We received a room with a balcony and a perfect view twords the pools , beach and mountens, it is a 3 star hotel but with its fusilli ties and seroundings it's worth a lot more. I hIghly recommend and the price is good.

The access to the hotel is appalling. Even if you enter and exit through the restaurant, you still have a million steps to negotiate with all your holiday kit. From reception, it's ten times worse. The lifts should be (or rather should have been) placed completely differently. This is a major, and I mean MAJOR, design error.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

Shabbiness of the main square and restaurants of the resort as French Easter holidays had not started. Need of renovation of the hotel and room to meet the standards expected when going to such a resort.

Location, staff and proximity with activities and massif de l’esterel. Nice hotel, good restaurant, spacious room and great view, great heated pool and protected from the wind. Great staff at the hotel, willing to help and service minded.

The restaurants in the holiday village were a bit pricey compared to other places close by.

The view from the village was absolutely astonishing and the village itself was lovely and very well maintained.

Extreme noise from discos going on to 2.00 am. If you want a quiet night, don’t take a sea view room.

Hotel bedroom adequate but a little tired. No refurbishment since I last visited 8 years ago.

Good resort but investigate pros and cons before deciding! Definitely 3*, definitely French!

Pools very crowded as everyone concentrated in one area. No chance of a sunbed unless you get to pools as soon as they open (or pay E12/sunbed/day - very expensive over 2 weeks!) If you leave your sunbed for any length of time the lifeguards will remove your towels so others can use it. No food or drink allowed in pool area so expect lunch to be a stressful juggle of eating a leisurely lunch vs losing your sunbed!! Food onsite very average and all restaurants have similar menu (except pool café - great burgers and salads) so expect to drive to Agay, St Raphael or Frejus for good food. Room cleaning poor. Note: this is French resort filled with 99% French families. Generally staff speak very little or no English which didn't bother us but could be very frustrating if you don't speak any French. The evening entertainment is VERY loud and goes on until about 11:30 each night which is something to be aware of if you have young children.

Very family friendly, especially safe if you have teenagers as they could be independent without worries. For smaller children they have bouncy castles, face painting and mini games several times a week during the early evening. Pools very clean, lots of lifeguards. Resort generally kept very clean. Lots of activities - but you do have to pay for them. Exercise classes were numerous and excellent. Wide choice of beaches near by. Great supermarket on site which stocks virtually everything you could possibly need at reasonable prices. Hotel is very central in resort and our sea view was stunning, overlooking pools with view to Agay and backdrop of mountains. Hotel has air con, which most apartments don't and which we were very appreciative of.

Our room at the Estoril hotel was more basic than i had hoped for. Light fittings need replacing (bulbs blowing within minutes of fitting) and the "attic" style double bedroom had no facilities and little air. The room made it almost impossible for an "eat at home" evening. Car hire prices - I recommend going west to collect and drive back.

Tremendous effort bringing together a traditional village atmosphere in a modern enclosed and very safe location. Staff at Estoril and the village all very nice.
