United KingdomAlthough well sign-posted with pictures and in the description, the sloping roof in the loft apartment is very noticeable. My partner and I are both short, and even he banged his head on the ceiling a couple of times. I managed not to. I'd suggest if you are over 5ft7 (170cm) you will struggle to move comfortably around the space. The loft apart is on the fourth floor with no lift, so something to bear in mind if stairs are an issue. The WiFi did not work for the entire stay, the owner suggesting we restart the router, which had no effect. This was frustrating for us as we were visiting from outside France. The biggest downside to our stay was the neighbour on the same floor having an extremely loud rave music party all night on the Saturday night. We want young people to have fun, but I did have to ask them 2am to turn the music down, and then the music was only turned down from extremely loud to very loud, with noise continuing to 6am. I don't want to punish the host too much for this, as it's not their fault, but it did make our stay less pleasant. There are a couple of coat hangers in the property but there is no clothes wardrobe or clothes rail, it would have been easier to unpack clothes with a small clothes rail in the property.
A very good value for money option, in an excellent location, a short walking distance from the main Gare de Grenoble (bus, coach, tram, and train), and even closer to local bus & tram stops, as well as multiple bars, cafés and restaurants. Walking distance to the historic city centre and leisure/culture/retail attractions. Highly recommend going to Les Communes des Mortels for some craft beer + a good-sized Casíno supermarket is also around the corner. The property was clean when we arrived, and all the utilities and appliances functioned as they should. Owners were friendly and communicative so checking into & out of the property was very easy.

FranceThe location of this place was not suitable and it was in the attic. The building of this unit did not have an elevator. The bed covers were not clean. The seats were covered in dirt. But for a one night stay it was good for the price.
The equipment and facilities of this room were good for one night.The bathroom and toilet were very clean. The kitchen was clean and the equipment was good and more than expected.

France1. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has 82 stairs. Your legs must be strong. Because there is no left. 2. There were things from previous guests, so I was worried about the cleanliness. 3. The toilet is not ventilated and it smells bad.

FinlandBed bugs! And poor communication with owner and shady deposit payment conditions. The owner suggested me to pay via another link 300 eur as deposit. That is not acceptable for the flat. This was a horrible rental experience. The apartment had bed bugs — I got bitten and it was absolutely disgusting. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts promised a refund but never followed through. I strongly do not recommend staying here.
Nothing! There were bed bags everywhere, but I didn't know support from the owner and didn't reimburse accommodation fee.

RussiaFirst of all, the apartment met us with a subtle odor, which was intense in the bathroom. My guees is it's some kind of mold. The smell itself would be fine, but the story doesn't end here. The apartment is neither dirty nor meticulously clean: there are some spider webs here and there on the ceiling. Some utensils would benefit from a bit of cleaning. It should be said that the location of the apartment is a bit deceptive. Although it's close to the train station, the neighborhood is not the most pleasant one in the city. But the biggest problem was very unexpected. We had come from an exhausting hike in the mountains, dirty and cold, wanting to shower and go to sleep as soon as possible. But the bedsheets for one of the beds were not put on. Moreover, they were wet! There were no spare ones, and my friend had to sleep under a wet blanket. All we expected from the apartment was a comfortable place to sleep, but we didn't get that...
The price is not the biggest for a close location to the train station. The owner was nice. He helped us to get in because I was not able to read the instruction properly and put up with my awful french.

Czech RepublicMy friend and I used this accommodation. After one night in the apartment my friend take a "beautiful" souvenir. Her whole body has been bitten by bedbugs. When I was reading the reviews, I discovered one from september and it answered exactly to mine. We definitely do not recommend accommodation.

United KingdomThere were bedbugs in the bed. I woke up after the first night with bites all over my face and body, swollen and itchy, and an allergic reaction which is getting worse and worse. I do not recommend choosing this place, the owners apparently knew there had been bedbugs before and did not get rid of them properly. This is honestly unacceptable.
