Very well located in the heart of Reims. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very dark, not many lights in the rooms. It is on a main pedestrian street so very noisy at night if you have a room facing the street.

Location, within walking distance of the train station & the tourist sites in the city. The restaurant attached to the hotel served very good meals. The hotel staff are helpful.

The breakfast was fine but I would have liked more choice if possible.

Great location right in the city centre. The food in the restaurant was good when we arrived in the evening and of course we had a great choice of champagne.

A light in the far corner of the room by the lounge area would be good. We prefer a kettle to the coffee maker

Very dark rooms, without proper lights. The airco does not allow you to set own temp rather then 24 (days were freezing). The bath amemties could be improved. The terrace was dirty.

Very good location next to Railway station, shops and market. The hotel is tiny but nice. The staff is high professional.

We liked the location - it’s minutes from the motorway, with easy parking and you’re in the heart of Reims. We had a lovely room, with a balcony and view of the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room very clean and comfortable. The food excellent. A perfect place to stay for Christmas, en route to the Alps. Thank you

Found the room and carpets colours to be a bit overbearing. Room safe was very overcomplicated compared to any other I'd previously encountered.

Great location, a few minute walk from the train station on the main strip, not far from the cathedral and the Christmas market. Good bathroom facilities. Comfortable beds.

Breakfest everyday the same . We do not recommend scrambled eggs - taste like artificial ones. We booked room with Bath But We get without ( But it was not priority) from time to time there is a smell of sewage in the room.

Location is the Best. Service very nice (But not averybody speaking english) . Restaurant very ,very good and what we saw, very popular in Reims . A lot of people is comming.

Room was a bit cramped. And the darkest I've had in a while - the reason being the windows opened up to a what amounts to little more than a ventilation shaft, hence the heavy dark curtains to hide that (non-) view :-D

Ideal location just beside the exit of an underground parking - for which, as a hotel guest, you get a free exit ticket. Friendly check in. Room a bit pokey but comfy enough. Appreciate the coffee maker. The adjoining Restaurant L'Edito serves superb food with super friendly service. Minus points for the somewhat loud house music, but it was Saturday night, I suppose.

The curtains didn’t fully close but we remedied that with a hair clip. Had. Good night’s sleep.

Location was perfect, a few steps from the public car park. Room was spacious. Other reviews suggested the rooms at the front of the property were noisy but this was not our experience.

Breakfast was good, it was not thay kind of very big buffet with a lot of things, but in mu opinion it was good, and enough to try some of the tipica french breakfast foods. The position is perfect, everything you want to visit can be reached by walk. I had a very good experience

Some of the staff in the restaurant joined to the hotel were a bit abrupt. The others were all very friendly.

Curtains were too narrow and did not cover the window properly. Fan in bathroom was noisy when light was of so poor sleep as the noise was continuous Carpet was old looking room needed a refurb Breakfast was good.

Not much, really.

Much better than expected! For a 3-star this is a hidden gem. Perfect location in the center of town with a public parking right next to it. Despite being in the busiest street of Reims, the room is quiet (well isolated!). The stay was very good value for money.
