It’s certainly been the best hotel of my French trip by car.

Luckily there’s a lift as otherwise I would struggled to get my luggage up to the first floor. Unfortunately no one around to help with the luggage.

Warm welcome by receptionist. Staff in the dining room very attentive & eager to please. Had a wonderful massage which was to die for!

Restaurant a bit pretentious. Steak was poor, cooked as requested but tuff. Ordered a glass of wine with the meal, I had to remind them about it twice and finally got just in time for the cheese. Shouldn't happen when charging those sort of prices.

Great rooms and facilities. Excellent parking in garage for motorbikes. Very secure. Great selection of cheese that the manager went to great length to explain.

We were cycling across France and had some specific needs (a safe place for the bikes, a healthy breakfast, a possibility for our clothes to dry, a warm jacuzzi...) and all was perfectly possible at the Calgary Hotel. That was why we chose it already for the second time (and would do so for a third time as well...)

    Parking a bit chaotic.

Very comfortable bed. Shower would benefit from a curtain to make use easier but it was nice and powerful and warm. Breakfast had cereals and bread for toast - not always provided in French hotels.

The staff, rooms and particularly the food were 1st class. Every meal was fantastic.

Pool very small ok for a quick dip but with kids a bit crowded

Good location close to ski school ski hire/pass ski in/out. Close to all good restaurants and bars. Great croissants at breakfast. Rooms clean good space. A little tired in places but would go again

we had a low buzzing noise at night which could be annoying if your not too tired to sleep. Stay away from the fruit salad at breakfast, it's the only thing that is unedible

very nice and welcoming staff, made us feel at ease immediately. Spacious room and relaxing spa facilities which were very much appreciated after the days skiing ! Everyone and certainly our 3 boys enjoyed the fabulous breakfast buffet.

Price/quality, absolutely not worthing it. Simple mountain hotel without any specifications for high standing in this station like it could appear (Frank Piccard, spa, etc..) Maybe bigger rooms are ok, but mine was little and quite old furnitures. Ok for me for a mountain chalet, no problem, but again, way too expansive for that. No room service after 20h....explained by the fact they are overwhelmed because of restaurant service...very disappointing. Almost all the hotels in this ski station are directly in the snow, so don't worry for the location....Parking lots free in the streets. So this hotel is finally too expansive for what they propose. The spa is small, the swimming pool is useless. Good qualityt of hammam and sauna, and jaccuzzi.

Location, directly in the snow (but all the hotels in Les Saisies are like that), food.

    first impression--spacious rooms

rooms given (one for selves +single for relative) were below standard required even for our single night stay at normal rates. The double room was a family room on a higher floor up stairs after the lift(had requested lower floor) and the room for one was a twin charged at twin for single with a serious mouldy damp problem which we decided to live with due to only sleeping/washing in it(hassle factor to move room) but our single occupant found out it was above the kitchen when awoken by early morning banging about--and the damp was probably from escaping kitchen steam.

    first impression--spacious rooms
