Matress a bit hard, I would have preferred a soft one. Saw a walking insect on the bed sheet when leaving the room. Glad did not happened during the night. I understand is in the middle of the nature and it could be normal but maybe there could be some products to be used to keep them away. Not sure if might came fron the wooden closet. Would keep an eye on it!

Sea view, staff gentle and professional, the atmosphere of the hotel, really nice located if you like to give a walk to the centre.there are alot of cats around and some of them are playful. I enjoyed a lot the garden in front and behind.

A bit noisy, but with both doors closed it was OK.

The view was super and so was the bed. Excellent breakfast.

Nothing really, just a general comment that the rooms are looking a bit old and would benefit from being updated a bit.

The room was clean and comfortable. The general facilities were very good, including the pool. Great views over Banyuls and the Mediterranean. The restaurant is a gem! The food was excellent, service friendly and helpful, and sitting and eating out on the terrace was a great experience.

A bit outdated room and outdoor area needs a revamp

The view from the outside eating area was superb. The room had everything you could need including shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer. There was a stocked fridge with drinks you could purchase. The breakfast had a vast range of choice including cereal, different breads, as well as fruit, nuts, yoghurts, jams, eggs, cold meats and bacon. Plus of course a choice of hot drinks and juices. Generally all good, however the restaurant menus could have given more option in styles of cuisine. The pool should have been cleaned more often. The design and placement of zircon units on the room balcony should have more consideration. When in use, the unit from the floor above leaked on to our balcony.

Staff were excellent, good food and bar. Pool lovely and location ideal.

The walk up the steps from the town but the views made it all worth it.

The views across the bay were sensational. The pool area and restaurant terrace were excellent. Room size was good

The view was spectacular from our little balcony and from the grounds of the hotel. I went to the Hamam, which has to be booked separately. Definitely worth it! Very relaxing.

This isn't a criticism but some people might find it useful to know that the hotel is at some distance from the town centre. There is a shortcut - a steep path which leads down town.

Location with such a beautiful view over the sea and the town. The dinner was excellent also the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the bedroom with its balcony with a view to the sea.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location . It has a splendid view over the town and the sea. One can enjoy this from the bedrooms,the bar and the dining aea. Also a beautiful outdoor patio. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The dinner was excellent as was the breakfast.

The price for some drinks from the bar were very expensive.

The food from the restaurant is very good, as long as it is included in the half-board.

The AC didn't work properly in either of the two rooms we stayed in and the garden surrounding the pool needs some maintenance.

Myself and my husband stayed for two nights to celebrate my birthday. The staff are very friendly especially Claire on reception who took plenrty of time to explain everything to us. The food was excellent. The pool was lovely as was the spa.

The hotel is not close to the beach, I needed to drive to the closest one in 5-7 minutes and then find a parking in the beach (not easy at all). Hotel doesn't have its own private parking (although finding parking in the street doesn't seem to be dificult).

Nice view from the room with a confortable balony; the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful; nice restaurant with local menu; room has a minibar, very important in summer; quite neighborhood.

Stayed at this hotel many years ago. It was excellent then and nothing has changed. It has an excellent position overlooking the bay. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Both breakfast and dinner were really good.

there was no transport from the hotel to the train station. There is no taxi service in this small town.

Situated above Banyuls where the mountains meet the sea, the hotel is in a perfect position. Our room, with private balcony, enjoyed fabulous views of Banyuls, the bay and sea looking towards Cerbère.
