We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt rained quite a bit whilst we were there. The drainage in the courtyard was blocked, so outside was flooded in 75mm of water. Had to walk around the perimeter and jump a bit to keep feet dry. Dried up when the sun came out.
20 min walk to Callian. Great view. Big pool. There out of season so quiet. Excellent washing facilities.

United KingdomThere’s a €300 euro damage deposit. This needs to be more clear not just in an information box, we would never book an £80 two days stay with €300 deposit as wouldn’t want that much money to be on hold in my account for an unknown amount of time, another review saying it took over a month to get it back in the bank. This overall stressed us out so much. For a 7 day break with numerous family members this is normal but I think for 1 or 2 day short breaks for single people and couples that damage deposit needs to be slashed atleast in half. Maybe 50% of the stay. Also if they have the twin bed I’m not sure if there’s an option to use a bed sheet that is a double so it keeps them tightly together :)
Great stay in a gated hotel, very cheap just £80 for 2 nights instructions clear with code and checkin no issues during our stay.

CroatiaIn addition to many positives, the apartment smelled of moisture and had traces of water damage on the walls and curtains. The corridor was not cleaned, so there was human hair and leaves. Many details contribute to the unmaintained impression: the laundry room is expensive and poorly maintained (you pay for your shirt to be yellow or brown from a dirty ironing board), the broom and toilet brush were disgusting, the children's pool was green with algae. However, they will charge you almost double the tourist tax (€20 instead of the advertised €12), ask you to polish the tap before leaving without detergents and to leave a deposit of €300 for a small apartment without a kitchen. I'm not against a deposit, but it's not commensurate with the quality of the accommodation. I hope they will work on themselves because the facility has potential, but they need to work on quality.
The exterior is beautiful and cute. The resort has many interesting plants and paths for walking. It is close to Callian for a relaxed tour. The apartment was clean.

United Kingdomair conditioning broke, toilet doesn’t stop running, supplied with little toilet roll, cutlery basket is dangerous (you have to reach into a metal holder with the blades of bread and meat knives to get your other cutlery out such as a tea spoon. healthy and safety!!!), only 1 knife, no normal sized mugs, bedding provided was incorrect (we had twin beds with twin quilts however we were given a double sheet and a double quilt cover). snack bar said they stop doing food at 7pm. it was 6.45pm and wouldn’t take our order. at 7pm the owners/employees sat down and ate their pizzas next to us. pillows are also terrible.

The location is in a relaxed and quiet area with plenty of space, not too many people so there were always a free place at the pool. The price is extremely good for a family of 5, the room was not luxury and new, but a good base for a week. 10 minutes drive to a nice lake with water activities and relatively close to Cannes, Antibes, Frejus and also St Tropez and Monaco. We visited all these placed during a week.

GermanyNot always get WiFi connection in the apartment we stayed! The connection only worked in the first and the last evening well but slowly. The rest of the time, I had to stand very close at the apartment door to get a very weak connection, which often disappeared. I needed the connection to work and have to stay outside. It's okay if it's sunny. I could sit at the swimming pool. The connection there is very good. But if it's rainy, it's very uncomfortable to stay outside. I asked the resort to loose the problem, but was told they could do nothing. That was very bad for my stay here. The bathroom in our apartment is a little small.
Very beautiful and calm resort with clean and comfortable apartments and lots of greening. The swimming pool is great and there's hot water shower at the swimming pool. Perfect for couples or families who wants to stay a week or a weekend for holidays. Long-term holidays also not bad, if you don't need the WiFi to work.

DenmarkAll services except the pool was closed (due to Corona), combined with the fact that parking is impossible in the nearby town we had to travel for dining. Majority of the sunbeds in the pool area were severely broken leading to bottlenecks. Wifi and phone provided Internet connection sucked, not a place for teenagers.
Pool area was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Room was nice and had air conditioning.
