More information about what is supplied & what isn’t would be useful. We needed to bring hairdryer, washing up liquid & sponge/dishwasher tablets, hand soap, towels (or hire them). I didn’t find laundry facilities. There was noise from lift shafts. Long wait for checkin at 5pm.

Fantastic location near Bergers centre lifts. We booked apartment for 6 people for a family of 4 which was nice for space. Sofa bed made a large comfy double bed. Apartment was quiet - good neighbours. Lovely view. Nice to have kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Good heating. Good ski lockers. Nice helpful staff.

There are only extendable couches, no beds in either the studio, the 4-ppl or the 6-ppl apartment (the pictures with the bed are misleading). The couches are quite comfortable nonetheless (mine was a bit broken but still ok). The room was dirty, there was dog hair on the floor and we had to vacuum when we arrived. We had a 4-ppl appartment and it was ok for 2 people but we would have never been able to fit 4 people, it's very small and there would be no room to move around once the couches are extended. The ski closet allocated to our room was also small and couldn't fit more than 2 snowboards (so again 4 people would have had a problem)

Location very close to the slope, nice view over the slopes and resort. Toilet separate from rest of bathroom. Well fitted kitchen.

Inconsistent reception hours from what was reported. Cleaning on leaving is for the traveler or they charge for it.

Cheap and well situated. Friendly staff.

Reception is only open at a set time, only a few hours a day which can cause an issue.

Accommodation was basic, fine if you are just there for the skiing and not for the hotels..

Waiting from 1 o'clock till 5 o'clock to be told what room I was in and get a key and no one ever answers the telephone and very annoying

    Next to the skiing

Reception rarely open, even at declared times. Avoid having a first floor room as passers-by frequently use the balcony as a bin

Well equipped kitchen, good sized bathroom, close to slopes (though not ski-in ski-out)

There was no internet... none. It was advertised to be internet in the lobby area, there was none.

The location is great and very close to ski lifts, ski rental and some shops. Friendly staff and helpful. Towels and basic sheets are provided.

Pillows lumpy but brought own! Restricted reception opening but it is not a hotel so no problem.

Basic apartment but in very good condition. Very hot unlimited water at all times. Quiet location but very close to slopes: ski to door. Very comfortable bed.

One of the worst hotels we'd ever been. 1. From the crane flew very hot water- both children and adults constantly burned. 2. The shower is broken. 3. Pillows didn't change from the moment of opening of hotel. 4. There is nobody on the Reception any time.

    Good location

Not clean, too expensive for poor quality (broken tiles in the bathroom), 40€/week for TV, ...
