Lovely staff were very accommodating. It is located in a very small village and we were there during a national holiday. They were very helpful in helping us find restaurants, etc that were open during out stay.

Although the food and wines were very enjoyable they had been priced rather too optimistically.

Very good but, very expensive especially the restaurant prices.

Nothing, but be aware that the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. But there are excellent restaurants suiting all budgets in the village.

Delightful traditional Norman buildings. The room was extremely comfortable even for a family of 4 and the staff kept it spotless. The pool was pleasant on a late August week. Breakfast is absolutely splendid and the lady who manages the hotel - running the reception and the breakfast buffet was extremely helpful.

Location is pretty poor if you want to visit Rouen, not much about to see. Expected more choice for breakfast for this price, one of the worst value compared to many many hotels we've stayed in before.

Beautiful, tranquil, safe, lovely hotel and village. We arrived too late to enjoy the spa and pool but looked great. Nice Abbey to visit. Nice staff

Room not ready at the agreed check in time and was still being cleaned. Had to ask for the spa facilities to be switched on and wait for them to warm up (its a spa why are they not already on!)

    Pool and spa very nice

The soundproofing in the room could have been better because you could hear the other guests upstairs.

Situated in a quiet edge of village location with a delicious breakfast buffet.

Internet didn't work in the room, bfast was overpriced for what they offered so we opted out! It would have been nice if the hotel offers sport activities such hiring bikes - for cycling along the river! At The end of the day you staying in natural park!

It's in a great location just few min away from River Seine and in a beautiful natural park, room had a nice decor, property was really nice with gardens and fountains around, well kept place.

The heated pool was a delight. Having booked other places that offer saunas etc only to discover on arrival that it is at extra cost, it was a real treat to make full use of the modest spa facilities which were all inclusive. The staff were very personable offering advice about trips, booking restaurants and even getting up early on the day we were leaving to ensure that we had a breakfast 45 mins before the official serving time!

The fact that there is no restaurant is not really a problem, there are a number of restaurants close by in Jumièges. However the hotel could have closer ties with more restaurants and perhaps offer discounts.

This is a fabulous location and hotel, the attention to detail in the rooms is a real bonus ! Despite being short staffed because of an illness the staff were truly attentive and helpful. The spa is impressive and good value for money.

Far too many little things wrong to justify the inflated luxury prices. Breakfasts poorly staffed, with chilled soft-boiled eggs, cheese covered in flies & coffee rationed by staff availability. TV pixelated whenever it rained & WiFi reception dreadful. Patio weedy, atmospheric lighting made it hard to read comfortably.............

Lazing by the pool, surrounded by birdsong. Lovely big room (but not a suite) with large comfy bed. Whole concept lovely, but poorly maintained.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely but, with a few small improvements to the general staff training (the manager was great), it could be really excellent. For example, it took a number of staff quite a while to help when we ordered a drink at the bar in the day. Similarly, although there was a good selection of choices at breakfast, most things were uncovered and there were a lot of flies. However, that aside, I would still recommend the hotel and we are thinking of returning.

The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The pool has a wonderful view. The buildings are very attractive and the rooms are immaculate and little touches like the jacuzzi feature on the bath make them feel fairly luxurious. The hotel kindly helped us to sterilise our baby's bottles in their microwave and recommended a good restaurant for dinner. We had a very relaxing time.

There is no air conditioning and our room (upstairs) was extremely hot. Evening meals are a problem. They are not provided by Clos des Fontaines and although there are several establishments in the village, most only open on certain nights and it can be a lottery. On a Wednesday the choice is between a creperie and a gastronomic restaurant (minimum menu cost E28).

    (1) Very attractive village and location (2) Premises attractive and very clean (3) Good pool available for a hot day Hint: use the efficient, frequent and FREE car ferries across the Seine for travelling around.
