Lovely accommodation for a short stay. Hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Very quiet. Safe and secure especially as a single female traveller. Comfortable indoors nice white simple decor - no unnecessary clutter or weird decorations!. Lovely outdoor seating in a beautiful private courtyard. Eric the host met me and is a wonderful kind helpful gentleman 😊

The property is really lovely. It is very well set out with everything you need. It’s lovely and clean and fresh. Eric was a brilliant host, he is very friendly and helpful. He told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and the local area. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was excellent. Access to the old town and sites was easy by foot. We came to watch the Tour de France and were meters from the start parade and walk to the finish line. The host Eric was great and took the time to highlight cafes etc for our short stay.

Possibly install a microwave for easy fast meals. Not a complaint 😊

We loved everything about this place it was like having our private little oasis. So quiet and so well kept , just perfect!

There's nothing we didn't like

Superb apartments, absolutely perfect. Second time we’ve stayed here and can’t praise the place highly enough. Incredible location, the apartments still look brand new, everything you could want for a stay in Toulouse. Comfy beds, great shower and well equipped kitchen. Really quiet yet everything you need is only around the corner! Check out the restaurant on the island in the river, it’s only 2 mins away! We won’t stay anywhere else in Toulouse now.

Close to everything: food, fun, sights, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Bed was comfortable, spacious living room, friendly staff and owner.

Eric, the host, was really friendly and very helpful. We had a delightful upstairs apartment with a small terrace to sit on. It was extremely hot while we were there, and the air conditioning was superb. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent pressure. The kitchen was well equipped, however we chose to eat out at the many cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. The markets were excellent for buying fruit.

The property was a quiet haven in a busy city close to all attractions with some excellent restaurants nearby. The owners were the perfect hosts very friendly, accommodating and helpful… gave us invaluable advice for our stay and trips out of town on the train. Would highly recommend.

Great little pied a terre in a quiet yet central location. Very well designed and thoughtfully equipped comfortable bedsit/apartment with all we needed for 4nts. Air-conditioning great, as was the pretty, shaded courtyard just in front. Our host Eric, who lived on site, was appropriately attentive and friendly, providing useful local information. The area was quietly residential off a large pleasant square near the Palais de Justice and within 15 minutes walk of Le Capitole. Lots of restaurants close by. Very happy with both accommodation and the price!

Lovely apartment in quiet residential street, but close to lovely square, parks, river and old town. Eric was a lovely host with great advice. Lovely courtyard with tables and flowers. Great bathroom with powerful shower. Small kitchen but everything you could want for short stay.

It was great that Eric met us at the property and showed us around the apartment and its amenities. He also made some excellent recommendations which helped us plan our trip. The property was very clean, with plenty space and we found the bed extremely comfy. The location was perfect for exploring Toulouse, so many lovely bars and restaurants around and there was a fresh produce market just round the corner. Even though it was so central, we were not disturbed at night. We fell in love with Toulouse on this trip, and the apartment was an excellent home base for it. Thank you!

We met the owner who was very helpful and wanted to provide lots of information about Toulouse. They made themselves available for any support we needed. I loved how quiet it was and was right around the corner from all the areas we wanted to explore. The place was neat, tidy and very comfortable. I highly recommend

Nothing.

This property is a hidden jewel in Toulouse. It is just off of a main thoroughfare, though secluded. No traffic noise or nightclubs so very quiet. It has a sweet courtyard with a bench, table and folding chairs and well cared for greenery. The apartment was very clean, kitchen well equipped, shower stall that closes around you so no water escapes and floods the floor. Washing machine appreciated for extended stays in France. Bring laundry sheets for detergent. Not luxurious but comfortable and convenient to grocery stores, patisserie, boulangerie, wine shops, and excellent restaurants. All sites in the city are within walking distance for reasonably fit individuals. Very good value. Owner is onsite and generous with suggestions and eager to make your stay comfortable.

Location is excellent. Eric and Jose were great hosts. They offered recommendations for good local spots that made the trip even better.

A fantastic property in the perfect location. We loved our stay and could not think of more welcoming and ideal short term accomodation in Toulouse. Eric is an amazing host, thank you so much!

Our train was cancelled so we arrived a day late. We were met with no issues.

Great location. Very quiet. Spacious apartment. Good shower. Very comfortable.

Very minor and nothing to complain about really but an extra kitchen towel and some kitchen roll but have been useful.

Everything. The hosts were lovely and gave us some excellent recommendations for restaurants things to do etc

Eric was very personable and very helpful, recommending the most incredible restaurant, La Braisière, just a few blocks away. We ran into him on the street several times and he greeted us like family. Apartment was perfect for our stay!
