Food excellent, a little hard to find but a very good position and a good parking lot. The only downside was the noise made by a party of French dinners before they sat down to eat.

The restaurant was too expensive to eat there every night. Also, it would be nice to offer a drinks/snacks service for guests who want to spend a day by the pool. Would also maximise takings for the hotel! The spa facilities are not very well marketed to guests either.

The rural location yet a short drive into Auch. Relaxed atmosphere. Natural materials used throughout the buildings. Attractive buildings. Good breakfast. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Prioritise corporate guests rather than individual hotel guests. wasn’t allowed to sit on the terrace to enjoy our pre dinner drinks as it was private party and also had trouble getting any drinks at pool earlier in the day.

Good location near Auch. Nice view from room and enjoyed the donkeys although the room was a bit tired and basic and needs attention. enjoyed spa treatments and our evening meal.

Air Con didn't work in room; pool closed ( which was one of the reasons we booked, as both like an early morning swim, irrespective of weather)

The walls were so thin we could hear conversation from people next door (we were in Room 8) . I had to use earplugs to sleep, I could even hear them snoring. The WiFi did not work at all

It should be possible for the hotel staff to advise the only guest for the night upfront that the highlighted restaurant will be closed. Also no mention on the website that most hotel services are basically closed for vacation.

Very nice location with great countryside views. Individuall, comfortable, modern room. Excellent breakfast. Helpfull, friendly staff. Cuddly hotel cat was the highlight of the evening.

The only thing I would change is some form of gentle natural screening between the area outside the restaurant entrance and the pool. You can a feel a little like you are in a goldfish bowl when in the pool.

We were lucky with the weather so pretty much had the pool to ourselves which was a bonus. Although the hotel is busy with corporate visitors it did not detract too much. The quality of the restaurant and food was so good we could see why it was so busy. The staff were excellent as well and very low key. You need to strap in for a gastronomic experience at this hotel. Go with the staff suggestions and indulge. Lovely location only just outside Auch but feels very rural. Loved Mimi the cat.

Our room was very large but a bit dark and had an outside seating area which wasn’t very private as everyone walked past to go to the car park. The wardrobe space is tiny and there wasn’t much space to unpack clothes.

The staff were extremely helpful and the receptionist spent a lot of time ringing Toulouse Airport on my behalf to find my lost glasses. We loved the location - very close to Auch and in a lovely setting with pretty views. The restaurant is exceptional and the food at dinner was wonderful. The huge bed was extremely comfortable and because of the location it’s very peaceful and quiet. The bathroom was great with an excellent shower.

See above. The only redeeming feature about this stay was the dinner. This was a very disappointing stay particularly as we wanted to treat ourselves.

The food here was very good but the accommodation was very poor. The air conditioning did not work and the young man on reception lied to us about this. I have quite severe mobility issues and the car park was distant. There weren’t any normal facilities in the room…no telephone etcetera. Hardly a chateau.

The resteraunt was closed which forced me to eat from an expensive mini-bar. I did get an email AFTER I booked saying it was not open but that is too late when you book last minute to make other food arrangements especially in winter when so much in France is closed. They have pre-made meal options but none of those options were vegetarian so that didn't help.

What a fantastic location just minutes from Auch yet you feel like you are right in the rolling green countryside. Wonderful room right on the top of the hill looking over the donkey paddock. Spotlessly clean and practical. The view from the bed was incredible. The meal at the restaurant was refined but at a reasonable price and the staff were impeccable at presenting the dishes and the service. Definitely recommend for a romantic getaway, an anniversary, birthday or even just some relaxing time alone.
