The hotel was Magnificent, clean, smelt amazing and welcoming. The entire ambience of the hotel was exceptional and the location earns it a 5 star rating. The views from the room I was assigned was that of a historical edifice. Hotel was close to restaurants, shops and sights.

Le Grand Balcon Hotel is excellent! Lovely clean and modern room, lovely L'OCCITANE amenities kits, a nice little hand written note from the front desk, with an excellent breakfast! The staff at the front were exceptional and super friendly. We arrived early Saturday morning and the staff offered us refreshments on arrival and looked after our luggage until they got our room ready 3hours earlier than check in.

It was right by the big square of the Capitole and yet it was quiet and provided restful evenings. The best thing about the hotel is their staff - Louis, Iya, Churi. And we noticed this trip that the bed is very soft. Despite this, we will continue to come back and stay (next visit is in 3 weeks time).
We like staying at this hotel. Location is fantastic and the team are very helpful.
