The hotel room was generally clean; but they didn't take out the trash or change the towels during our stay.The hotel's corridors and elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

The ventilation of the toilet in the first room we stayed in, was not working. When we shared our complaint, they immediately changed our room.

The rooms were very tired and in need of a refresh. Laminate flooring had slipped and was a little dangerous.

Location for my needs was excellent. We were close to the metro and busses however the hotel had a lot of vagrants nearby and that felt threatening.

The apartment we had (314) was outdated, the painting on the doors is coming off, the floor tiles are damaged and looked like they are stained which gives an impression the place is not so clean. the shower does not accommodate tall people and the overall bathroom impression is that it’s tired, the bath has small damages which looks like it is dirty ( it wasn’t ), overall the flat wasn’t that spotless. On the website the rooms presented are lovely, so maybe we were unlucky to have an old room. The price we paid of 460 euros for 2 nights is too much for the quality of the apartment in our opinion. Although there is a kettle and nice coffee machine, there’s no complimentary coffee &tea bags. Petty. The place is in desperate need of a revamp.

Wasn't very clean, it still had some leftover smell from people that stayed before.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, because I arrived a bit later than expected, but they had no problem with it. Bed was very comfy, room was spacious, had some nice utilities that you can use such as microwave, espresso machine, fridge and kitchen utensils.

The key card from my room was not working, I was oblige to wait a lot, the machine was broken. Also every time I wanted go to my room I was obliged to ask at the reception someone to open my room. The bathtub in my room did not drain properly, leaving the water almost completely blocked. Also I found ridiculous the fact that if you forget to wash some dishes it will be debited from your deposit amount. You can forget, it can happen, the maid should be capable to do this kind of services as well.

Staff really cool professional and kind. Good location, really close to the center and the places that concerned to me. We can do a lot of things just walking around without the need of a car or transportation.

It was noisy, really noisy. At first the neighbors had a party, but it was hard to identify from which direction. Then, above the apartment there was some electric motor turning on and all all night. Perhaps it was the AC, but it was really annoying. The tiles on the floor in the apartment are not the best option in my opinion.

The room is large. It is rather an two-room apartment. For us it was way too much space. There was a huge terrace, a living room with a small kitchen, relatively good bedroom and a toilet separate from the bathroom. The bedroom has a lot of light as well as the rest of the apartment.
