Although the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, the rooms needed a little updating and the furniture also needs to be up there with the 4 start rating the hotel has. Lack of coffee facilities in the room (milk or creamer), so I hope you all like black coffee, plus when they say they have a mini bar in the room, yes you do, however there was nothing in it apart from a bottle of water for your morning or evening coffee.

The room was very spacious for all the family and the beds were really comfortable too after a long drive from Valencia, Spain to Northern France. The location was perfect, central to the city, which was great for bars and restaurants. The breakfast was also great to get you going in the morning as there was a lot to choice from. Parking was available across from the hotel, however you have to get there early to get a space, as parking is limited. Great hotel for pets too, as they didn't mind well behaved dogs being sat with you for breakfast.

None of the choices listed above apply. We were in Saint Quentin to do historical resale arch in the region.( obviously, that is in response to the previous question) What I liked: proximity to train station and to the center of town, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing vibe, staff who understood we needed an early breakfast.

I had good spacious and comfortable room with a full bathroom, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Plus a good breakfast in the morning. My only issues with my stay was my room was too warm, and there seemed to be no means of adjusting the temperature, but I was able to open the window. Secondly I was unable to operate the safe in my room - it appeared not to be working or the instructions were not clear enough.

Being picky, our rooms were a little too warm but the windows opened to cool them down. No food served at the hotel, so really a B&B.

The staff were welcoming and helpful; the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well presented. The kids liked the glass elevator inside. It was a short walk to a family friendly restaurant 'Le Scampi' which served excellent pizza and steaks. Free, off road parking opposite the hotel was good. Free wifi was good speed.

Position was on corner of very busy road on commercial estate. Hadn’t realised it was a ten minute walk to get a tram into Montpellier . Didn’t get into city but spent our time walking the massive complex by tram stop. Included hundreds of shops, numerous restaurants of all nations, aquarium, zorba balling, cinema etc. Great for families if not interested in sightseeing. We’re sorry we weren’t able to get to see Montpellier due to timings.

Breakfast was good compared with other places we have stayed in France considering they are always pricey.

We did get a complimentary bottle of water but a tiny one between 3 room guests would have been better if one per guest or a decent size bottle
