Having arrived at 11, we had to wait our room to be ready till 6.15 p.m. By that time the reception was still crowded. My pillow case was full of black hair, like someone was sleeping on it while we were waiting. Bed linen looked horrible, no need to say they don't change it during a week stay. You have to count 100 kitchen items and sign the list, otherwise your 400 euro deposit is at risk. They don't accept deposit in cash, block it on your card and keep until your bank clears it. Room for 6 people is small and only fits for sleeping or dining. Ski room is small and narrow, not ventilated, you just get a box where you can store 6 pairs of skies and wet boots. When snowing, driving uphill to the hotel without chains is nearly impossible.

easy slope access (not the village), good pool and sauna

The living space & kitchen area is too small and very restrictive for a 2 bedroom apartment. There is not enough outdoor parking. The pool was not heated all week. The wifi is unacceptale - only one user at a time can access it but most of the time, the wifi did not work.

Ski in / ski out is great. The on-site pizza shop & delicatessan is excellent. Facilities could be great if they were properly maintained.

Not enough comfortable chairs/sofa for the family of 4 to sit together in the lounge. More hooks on doors please.

We would have liked a small bar within the complex as one really looks forward to enjoy a beer or two by a fire place after a long day on the slopes !! The management can also look into the option of providing more channels on the telly as the choice was pretty limited, that too mostly French.

A reasonably well appointed and spacious apartment and a very good location for ski in/out. The views from the balcony were superb and the ski rental within the resort was very handy. The small daily needs store was very charming and more than adequate. The spa/swimming facilities were fantastic!

Pillows very thin and square, not proper ones. Highly uncomfortable. Couch in the living room also very uncomfortable. We have 3 kids but there was no set up for the 3rd one, meaning no pillow cases or bath towels for the, 3rd child. A single bathroom with one tower rail priced not enough to dry all clothes.

The epicerie within the residence was fantastic. Fresh pizzas every night. Amazing staff. No need to go down to Saisies to buy anything all was 5 mins away from the apartment. Perfect location for ski in and out and for walking trails. Which worked amazing for small kids who were not saying.

the route/distance to the car park/garage adds a lot of time and effort to each journey---packing/unpacking the car was some workout!

good for access to snow for ski, snow shoe or walk

Very isolated from le saises .You really needed to drive there it was not just a short walk ;To enable us to have made better use of the facilities it would have been better if these had been explained to us .Or the very least written down somewhere on an information sheet. The staff could have been more hospitable

The access to wi fi . Ski on and off the slope .The self contained shop and service there was brilliant.
