We arrived late and were looking for a place to have dinner. There are a few nice hotels/restaurants in the village, but their dining room caters mostly to their own patrons and require reservations. While this was apparently communicated during our hotel reservation process, it was so NOT obvious that most visitors miss it. Fortunately, the staff at one of the neighboring hotels graciously offered to prepare a charcuterie board for us once dinner was over and their kitchen was closing down

The owner was very personable, eager to help. Prompt to follow up on messages. The food availability is limited to breakfast, which was excellent.

Nothing, it was perfect!

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, the owners were very welcoming both to us and our two dogs. Sadly we only stayed the one night, but would love to return, excellent breakfast too!

We loved the friendly welcome & location of this hotel… we also had our small dog with us that was welcome to join us … this was a new area for us to explore & we loved all the hiking!

Everything was great

A nice and quiet place with a friendly host. The room we had was a bit small but very clean with a super comfortable bed. The property is well kept and everything you might want to explore (like the castle Königsburg or Eguisheim) is just a short drive away. They also provide a option for breakfast.

Very warm welcome from the proprietor, extremely comfortable bed & well appointed room overlooking the garden which was full of little birds. We especially appreciated having a proper kettle in the room so we could make a cup of tea!

Nothing it was perfect. We visited pre covid and now once again because it had been such a great experience and nothing had changed it was wonderful!

This is a beautiful quaint little hotel decorated with care and love. If you are looking for a beautiful little place offering wonderful rooms a quiet setting a very familiar atmosphere and dog friendly then this is an absolute 10 out of 10. The owners operate the property themselves and provide a wonderful ambiance and base for exploring the region. If you want tips for excursions just ask, if you want to chat just chat😀
