Steep and narrow steps down to MTB storage. This is a very minor complaint in an otherwise lovely apartment.

Bread and croissants by the door for breakfast. Very clean and spacious apartment. Very clean and warm swimming pool. Very helpful staff to welcome. Very useful drying room for wet MTB kit. Enormous balcony with great views. Big tv with games for teenagers.

The only negative I can think of is that there was no washing machine in the apartment and there was just one shared in the basement.

Excellent property. In a quiet location but easily walkable to the centre of Morzine. Fantastic views. The pool was great especially in the hot weather. It was also fantastic to have bread and pastries delivered each morning.

The only thing we can come up with is that the Tea / Coffee mugs could be bigger, not exactly a major issue. Oh and the pool could have been a couple of degrees warmer. (swim a bit faster to stay warm kids)

Loved the delivery of baguette and pastries every morning from the hosts. spacious comfortable modern apartment, well equipped with a fabulous view over the Morzine Valley. 10 minute walk to Super Morzine lift and downtown Morzine pubs and restaurants or even better the Hosts will give you a lift to and from the ski-lift of your choice. Handy Ground floor ski locker with boot heater. All very good Quality.

What an awesome place: right from easy communication with the hosts and getting into the property. Apartment was really clean - spacious and well appointed - always hot water. Hosts delivered hot bread and croissants every morning. beds we great - hosts kindly configured the bedrooms for our party. kitchen well appointed and the balcony was great the walk into central morzine was about 10-12 minutes. If we come back to Morzine at some point would definitely stay at the apartment again. thanks for an awesome stay

The stay was brilliant and the hospitality flawless.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. There is excellent facilities including locker room for skis and the good size swimming pool. The hosts are superb. The freshly baked bread and croissants delivered each morning are a very lovely touch. The minibus service provided throughout the day is fantastic and makes the stay at the apartment perfect for any skier! They also collected groceries for us which made self-catering extra easy! Far exceeded expectations!

We stayed in Le Mario and everything was great. The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures and Amandine couldn't be a more helpful host. The pastry left outside of our door every morning was delicious, the views from the balcony and the different rooms are beautiful. Although is not located in the centre of town, it's just a short and enjoyable walk. I'd definitely go back and recommend it for families or a group of friends.

I cannot speak highly enough about this place!!! The hosts are incredible, the place ws incredible! We will be back for sure. The hosts deliver fresh bread and pastries every morning, they offer lifts in their private minibus daily. They would move mountains for their guests!!

Just a small negative, only one shared washer between all the apartments and every time I went to use it, it was in use so meant didn’t get to use it and the kids ran out of underwear! This didn’t detract from a great stay though!

The staff were great, prompt and efficient complimentary transfers to and from the slopes. Brilliant fresh breakfast delivered every morning and fresh bakes every afternoon. Location was good, only a 15 minute walk into morzine over the bridge. The view for NYE fireworks was fab!

Great location in Morzine, not too far to walk to centre of town, fab heated pool, lovely apartment with great views and friendly owners who left free bread and pastries outside door every morning! Multi pass included in price which gave us access free to chairlifts for walkers and other activities. TV and playstation!

A fabulous place to stay in a great location. It was out first time in the area and we found the hosts very helpful and welcoming. We stayed with our two children age 2 and 4, who loved the swimming pool and fabulous delivery of warm bread and pastries each morning. An easy walk to the lifts/bridge to access the local parks/pool and town. Clean and lovely apartment ( we stayed in Rita) Would thoroughly recommend to all especially families -a high chair and travle cot were provided which was super helpful.

Absolutely everything was amazing. From the gorgeously designed apartments with everything thought about, to the delicious pastries delivered at breakfast, we just LOVED this place! The swimming pool was loved by the kids, and what a treat to be so close to all the fun the Morzine had to offer.

I am struggling to find any real negatives but the only slight niggle was the need to call the owner on arrival to get the keys. Perhaps a WhatsApp to us before we flew out with a few instructions would sort this. That being said, on phoning the owners after being dropped off they were there in a matter of minutes.

We were met by the owners on arrival who showed us the apartment we had booked along with a larger one that was available at no additional cost - this was a fantastic touch and a great start to the holiday. The place was clean and extremely well organised - perfect to use as a base or to relax in. The views were lovely and the owners were extremely helpful. we tended to walk into the town but could have utilised the free shuttle service. We made good use of the private pool which was always clean.
