The hotel was located at the foot of the Le Flegere cable car which was very convenient for us hiking the TMB. It was also very close to a bus stop to take the bus into Chamonix. There are not a lot of food options in the general vicinity of the hotel. The people at the desk were super helpful, they manned the bar as well and were always available to serve us.

    - The room had a heater that only worked if someone was moving around in the room. It switched itself off whenever we were not in the room or were sleeping (=the room was freezing when returning and in the mornings) - The sauna section was not very clean - Many things ran out at the breakfast on both mornings, like the glasses for juice etc. basic things - The room supposedly had a third bed but it was just something you could pull out from the wall in the hallway right in front of the door, I would not have slept in that... So if you book a room for three people, this is something you may get...

The place was ok but not excellent

Personnel quite ok, rude director, totally under expectation in general from room to breakfast to shared areas. Restaurant next door Cabane is very nice and so is hotel Eden's restaurant. After leaving the hotel, the hotel tried to avoid paying commissions to booking.com by telling them that I had cancelled and never showed up. Have been all the days I booked for.

The ONLY minus on a lovely stay, was the fact that a rowdy bunch came back to the hotel after a night out on the Saturday night about 4ish am, and were very noisy. We had to be up quite early to get ready to go home so ended up disturbed and tired the Sunday morning. The hotel night worker should in my opinion have asked them to be quiet.

The Hotel was pretty well placed for the Flagre ski lift. 10 minute walk, I took trainers and put my ski boots on when i got to the ski lift. The Jacuzzi is nice and there is a sauna and steam room too. The room was cosy and warm and modern bathroom. Not huge but perfectly suitable for sleeping in. Bed was pretty comfortable too. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is served upstairs, help yourself to cereal, breads toasts, croissants and you can have boiled eggs too. Tea and coffee machine couple of nice restaurants within easy walk close by.

For the price it's fairly basic facilities-wise. We were a bit put off the hot tub because of its proximity to the reception (felt a bit "on-show"), and breakfast wasn't great. Room aren't big (even though we were in a higher level one), and we would've expected slightly fancier decor etc at that price. Felt a bit in need of a revamp.

Gorgeous views from our room, and comfy bed. Quiet and great location a reasonable walk into town but sufficiently outside for relaxing. Good access to transport. Lovely staff. .

No soundproofing whatsoever in any of the rooms. You can hear everything next door. And I mean everything! The breakfast was nothing special and often they were out of things, at 8.30 in the morning. There is no way of ordering ANYTHING to eat at another time of day. They only serve breakfast, that's it. The minipool and spa cost 28 euros for hotel guests to use! The staff was not very friendly. The lighting in the bathroom was very bad.

Our room was nice as it was in the chalet next door to the hotel and those rooms cost slightly more than the others.

Stayed at the Labrador Chalet, not the main building. Lovely interiors. Great fireplace in the main building lobby, very attentive staff. Spa is basic but has nonetheless all you need (Finnish sauna, steam bath and a jacuzzi) and great Mont Blanc view. Towels and bathrobes are provided. Breakfast is not huge, but provides for all you want and is 14 Euro per person. Restaurant La Cabane des Praz next to the hotel is highly recommended (food and ambience). The room was a bit overpriced, but it was a weekend in the skiing high season, so not completely unexpected. The location was quite a ways out of town - at least a 45 minute walk, with taxis very expensive and buses and trains infrequent, especially at night. There is a restaurant next door, but otherwise no food within reasonable walking distance so a car is recommended.

The staff was extremely accommodating and nice. The room itself was very clean and we were surprised that the hotel lists itself as a 3-star property, it seemed to us to be 4-star in a wood-panelled chalet style. We even had a wood-burning fireplace in our room, which was very nice. The views were lovely, and we had a nice balcony to enjoy them from. The breakfast was basic continental, but they did bring it to our room for no extra charge.

Wi fi, crazy to have to reload every hour. Would have liked coffee in the room. Weird hair dryer. I wish there was a mirror in the room. Make it easier for 2 people to get ready in the am.

Nice location, great entry way with fire. Nice and cozy. I liked leaving my key on the hook. Room very large. Handy ski/boot room. Staff friendly and gave great recommendations for dining out.

That management tried to charge me more than it should have. And instead of trying to resolve issue with Booking.com or admit that there was misunderstanding between the hotel and booking.com insisted on charging me. That system of charging for change in the booking 1 month in advance is very client unfriendly, so be careful with this hotel.

There was free parking, nice friendly staff especially the dark haired reception lady who i also chatted with at breakfast(GSOH). Big room comfortable and warm with a large bathroom. Common room with pool table, board games and a bar. Free use of spa (needs to be hotter) ,sauna and steam room. Breakfast was awesome plenty to eat and adequate selection. Wanted to stay another night but they were full make sure you are organised during ski season!

Very pretty and well kept hotel, quite expensive looking both outside and inside. Breakfast was varied, spa area was clean and great looking, so good to relax in. Facilities for ski gear is spacious and easy to access from outside and through to the hotel. The lobby was comfortable and had a huge log fire every night, and the staff were always well informed and accommodating. The flegele gondola is right outside hotel and access to others via bus is easy. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, plus the duvet on the bed is the longest I've ever seen (I'm 6'3") so there was no chance my toes get cold. Bathroom is well built and pretty, plus the view was a mountain. Lift passes are available from reception.I could not find a fault with the place. Although it is a little out of chamonix town centre, there are several walking distance restaurants that are good.

It was not possible to have a drink in the pool area. No food in the bar (the hotel is very close to a very nice restaurant though). It would be so nice if they should serve a Cheese plate or simular in the bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, facilities and a beautiful view over Mont Blanc.

The wifi speed wasn't great but it didn't put a damper on the holiday and we would stay there again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful - the hotel was well situated for the Flegere gondola station (just a short walk) and the views were incredible - the restaurant next door was also good but if wanted to go further afield the staff made some excellent recommendations.

Very friendly service, the possibility of getting food delivered to the hotel from the nearby restaurant La Cabane. Vicinity to the slopes. Cosy, family like atmosphere.
