Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a really bad smell coming from the bathroom, bed was a bit low.
Very nice spa, perfect temperature sauna and big swimming pool. Very nice stuff, our doggy even got a snack on the arrival.

Comfortable hotel….. quiet location. Easy (and safe) walk to Honfleur centre. On site car park advantageous. Having access to a swimming pool - excellent bonus.

Very difficult to locate the hotel we walked miles from leaving our car high up i other side of town and No Taxi was available being a Saturday night !

Room was comfortable and clean but fairly basic. This is not a negative, I’d say it felt a bit like accommodation on a university campus or youth hostel.
It was available for a last minute booking and late check in. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms are a little cramped but ok.for a few nights stopover. Be nice to have tea making facilities in the room.
Lovely clean modern hotel with friendly staff and good adjoining rooms for families. We all loved the pool and steam room with outside patio for sunbathing.

The steam room hadn't been cleaned by a lazy member of staff. .Dirtybpool of water around drain and blocked by hairs..disgusting
Nice staff lovely pool ,very comfortable bed nice sheets.Great place ,delicious breakfast. One mrmber of dtaff had been lazy with his job of cleaning the steam room.I complained Itvis a shzme because I would have given it a 10/10 otherwise Will go there again however ,was really nice.

The check in was slow, we had to wait for staff to arrive. Under the bed was filthy. The leisure facilities were tired.

Before we arrived the hotel cancelled our spa treatments and no alternative was offered. Which was one of the reasons we stayed there. No coffee making facilities in the rooms you had to buy coffees in the reception area.
The hotel was ok if a bit tired. Stairs carpets were quite dirty and our shower wouldn’t stay upright and there was no shower screen so the whole bathroom got wet. The swimming pool was nice though and a real plus.

Very friendly personnel! Check-out at 12. The building had a beautiful bar and cosy lounge.The walls of the corridors were full of very funny animal canvases. Lovely inside swimming-pool. At the reception you can get a bathrobe and new towel for your room after the swim. Room 121 consisted of 2 separated rooms (without a door in between) at the side of the building). Later that holiday we returned to this hotel and had a family room : in fact 2 rooms with a joining door in between, with a bathroom , TV...each.Ideal for 2 couples or families. Very comfortable. At the other side (reception side)of the building on ground level Free parking (enough spaces) Not far from Honfleur centre (only about 4 kms) Excellent breakfast buffet: very rich choice (fresh fruit, cereals,special cheeses,egg,fresh bread (white and grey),freshly made jam...

Could do with more plugs in the rooms, however very minor detail for an all round great spot.
Great facilities and easy walk into town, takes about 10mins and flat. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

No restaurant for evening meal. Receptionist was less than helpful when asking questions due to me not speaking French and having to move off her chair to show me the entrance for my cycle. When I asked if she spoke English she asked if I spoke French in a manner of anti feeling towards me

In the night a lot of noise from People Charing there electric cars. while in the room no electricity during the night.
the accomadation was clean, good breakfast. Nice pool.
