The room was very small & outdated, with a small window giving on a roof. We could not leave the window open, as there was a constant noise ( from the air conditioning maybe? ) right outside the window. The breakfast was the exact same every day, and did not include anything warm ( only bread, ham/cheese/jam, yogurt & fruit). We would have enjoyed some variety. The swimming pool was beautiful but it wasn’t very ‘quiet’… the hotel is quite busy with conferences /business meetings, yoga or gym sessions, or even a party ( including the whole set up for the party which made us feel like we were in the way while sitting around the pool).

Resturant menu could have been different each day or at least for lunch time. Bottled water missing from the room.

I loved everything about it. Zero complaints. Due to the private location, plan extra time (10-15 minutes) when calling for a car to adventure offsite.

Even more beautiful than the photos. This is a magical place with good energy. Owners are passionate and deeply caring about the guest experience. They property is utterly charming and very comfortable. Truly a one of a kind place run by brilliant people. Perfect venue for weddings, events, or a relaxing holiday. Food and service is high quality.

We didn’t like the small separate toilet with no wash basin! We had a family room, which was spacious but with no seating area as indicated by the bookings website!

The Staff, the owners, the grounds, the locations, and the breakfast albeit simple was excellent. There’s an excellent boulangerie within easy walking distance.

The rooms were not well heated initially, but that was quickly sorted out. Other than that, this was a 5 star stay. When we visited in winter, the place was quiet, which is very sad for such an excellent hotel. In summer, I guess it would be amazing.

The property is absolutely beautiful, even in winter. The restaurant was excellent, with the unusual beef Wellington being brilliantly creative and wonderfully tasty. The manor and its grounds are a reasonable walk from the restaurants and activity of the old town (if you like walking). The Manager was always friendly, ready with answers and advice, and that helped further to make it a really relaxed and enjoyable stay.

This is a very special place. The welcome and the friendliness of the owner and staff makes it feel as though you are staying in a friend’s house not a hotel. I really feel this is an absolutely special place. Camilla the owner could not be more helpful and charming.

The meny and food was really good, misssed one plate more suitable for kids.

Visited with my two daughters. The hotel and surroundings were even nicer than on pictures. The popl excellent and the crew very nice and helpful. The ambiamce was really good. Our room was big and comfortable. Short drivep from besutiful Mougins.

The breakfast was very poor in relation to the price of the hotel, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, no water in the room to drink, and the room we were in was smelly.

The rooms (especially bathrooms) need maintenance and the cleaning could be better.

The location is perfect - a great, quiet get-away from the busy coast. The surroundings and the property itself are incredible. The restaurant is lovely with a super nice menu. In addition, the hosting is top notch. The owner made us feel very welcome and helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings during our stay. He is a really good and attentive host.

Romantic getaway close to the riviera but away from hustle and bustle. Owner was extremely accommodating and made me really feel like at home. in general very pleasant and quiet clientele. Also the dinners were outstanding. Highly recommended!
