Overpriced room—as they are small—and overpriced breakfast. The lock on our door was broken and we had to move furniture on the small patio to close the shutters at night—but we did not get a discount! We were attending the gipsy gathering and the front desk guy tried to convinced us to book a table at the restaurant for the night as “most restaurants in town were closed.” We still went to town, the restaurants were all opened and with gipsy music!

    Close to town,

Breakfast overpriced (20€ per person vs 2€ at the 5 min walk bakery) Staff friendliness mixed Room very small but cosy (does it's job for a short stay) On the street - can be a bit noisy

Great location close to the park Newly refurbished rooms

The staff were in my view at best entirely dis-interested in the overall experience of their guests; and on ocaision rude and arguably stupid and short sighted. An example is that they for all intents and purposes refused to provide ice on either of the 2 nights we had booked from the kitchen for liquor (or to loan wine glasses) telling me if I wanted ice to buy drinks in their (empty) bar. They deliberately and actively interfered with one's ability to have a private cocktail of one's own beverage on the private terraces associated with each room. The staff told me if I had wanted ice I should have brought my own (as if that were possible). I have been travelling for over 30 years on a regular basis having stayed in many hundreds of hotels in France alone, and have never before encountered such an attitude. would never return or recommend this hotel- as almost any other 4 star hotel would treat you has a welcomed guest- not focus on pushing overpriced and inferior brands of liquor. Of course no refriderator is in any room, and consumption of food is posted as forbidden- to drive food and beverage revenue.

Room was clean and comfortable with English language TV, and a private terrace and large pool terrace. Lot's of parking. Good wifi.

A little bit too far from the beach (20-25 min walking). Sometimes noisy because of the street near to the hotel.

Really nice and comfortable room with the own patio. Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were lovely - we arrived in torrential rain and couldn't get out much, but they were very accomodating to our needs. The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms comfortable and the location close enough to town (although it would be easier if you had a car to get around)

Not a nice view from the bedroom : in Camargue, you expect a bit of a view on the laguna and the sunset ... No restaurant but Les Saintes Maries town is nearby.

Nice bedrooms and nice pool (but too cold to try it)

Bedroom - junior suite was a bit on the small side, and the standard of the bathroom fittings was only fair. No bar or snack facilities in the day, so a day by the pool meant you went hungry. Next door neighbour had a 'taped dog barking alarm' which got a bit annoying.

The resort, and the location of the hotel.

Everything was very smart efficient and charming. Mosquito nets for windows so could leave patio doors open at night. Dog well received. Would stay again

No help with luggage although that is common at hotels in this town it seems. Room rather small/tight.

Room seemed newly renovated. Walk-in shower! Easy to use towel heater that really worked! Pool area very pleasant. Very close to town. Good value.

Size of the room for a club room was ridiculous nowhere to relax. Traffic noise.

Family room is very small - the main floor can only fit in the bed and has barely any space to move about. If the room were 2 meters deeper (to fit in a sitting area), it would have made a world of difference.

Beautiful facility and view of the fields, very comfortable bed, great ambiance.

It is located just close to the town but still in the Camargue countryside with white horses and ponds all around. Beautiful premises and cosy ambience. The staff at the reception desk are very kind and helpful.
