Close to town and to mother’s apartment. Parking provided. Pool available but could only use it once, unfortunately, as not open on the Friday.

Pity the carpark exit door was broken - the only slight thing this visit - but not a deal breaker.

Brillant location five minute walk to town centre. On site parking and really good value. Accommodation is basic - but comfortable and clean. Helpful managers. Have been coming here for years - and never disappointed.

Showers were dated and broken. Bed was not comfortable and needs replacing. Only two electric rings for cooking and no microwave safe dishes. Swimming pool and the laundry were closed.

Appartment was adequate but needs updating and modernising.

apartment very basic. kitchen ventilation very noisy all through the night every 30 mins unable to isolate. no comforts, no basic provisions, no cleaning products, etc. No vacuum not enough hot water.

The reception hours were meant to be open till 8:00pm. We arrived by car 15 minutes before this but reception was already closed so we had to activate our roaming on our phone to ring someone to come and let us check in and waited a while for them to come.

The apartment was quite good, spacious and clean. Free parking and a short walk into the old town.

The apartment was dated and the bathroom needed to be redone (vanity was cracked). The kitchenette had various appliances but there was no where to plug them in. If re-vamped this would be a lovely apartment.

A coffee machine or tea bags would have been good - although the room had a kettle if we wanted to make one, but unfortunately ours needed to be descaled so I didn't use it.

Great location, only a short walk from Uzes town centre. For 1 night, it was a great value room, beds were comfortable, room was big enough and being able to bring our dog was great and not a hassle at all.

I didn't like that the shower was just hooked at the same level as the taps so you couldn't actually have a proper shower. Had to put shampoo on hair, soap on yourself and then turn on the shower to wash off. For me a proper shower in the morning is really important.

Staff really friendly and I liked that they all wore masks the whole time. Free secure parking excellent Located a short walk to the town centre so quiet place to stay but easy to get to the centre. The kitchen was fully equipped - kettle, toaster, microwave etc so there was nothing that was missing. Appreciated the lifts from the carpark to the rooms. Really nice to have a balcony so you could sit and have breakfast or an apero.

The hob didn't work so we had cook our meals in the microwave, but there were large bowls for cooking by microwave (there was only a metal one). There was no oven. The hotel did give us the key to another apartment but it was some way down the corridor, and not convenient to use. The hotel did not offer to move completely. The hob was newly installed, and clearly no one had checked it after installation. There was no draining board. We used the dishwasher as a drainer because there would not have been enough cups and bowls if we had waited until the dishwasher was full. There was very little storage space (other than the fridge) for our provisions. The apartment could have been cleaner (corners of rooms, inside wardrobe, windows, crockery draw and some plates/bowls, one of the blankets, a pillow case). The outside furniture was filthy. It obviously hadn't been cleaned and I had to do it myself. The fridge was very noisy (this only affected person sleeping on put me up in the lounge). There was only a couch for three (apartment for four). The shower was only half height, so you have to sit in the bath to have a shower, so you might as well have a bath. Take care of the bollards when getting out of your car to open the garage door - pull up in the wrong place, forget they are there and you will forever have an unwanted souvenir of your holiday!

The lady on reception was absolutely delightful. She was so warm and welcoming. It was lovely to be met with such a warm welcome after a long journey. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of town, and the bars and restaurants and the theatre/cinema. Its a lovely and interesting town with lots to do and see around and about. Great for a short break. It was a one bed apartment with a put me up bed, which was very comfortable. You could adjust the heating to suit. I asked for a south facing balcony and got one. We visited in January and so it was good to have a balcony in full sun so we could eat lunch on it, despite the chilly weather (and fierce wind). The balcony protected us against the wind. The apartment was in a central location and within easy walking distance of the town. We could park our car safely underground. It was quiet. We could take our dog. The pool is only open in school holidays. We thought the apartment was good value when we booked it, but since we didn't have proper cooking facilities, we would have expected to pay less. The weather (at the end of January) was lovely, but there was a fierce and very cold wind (wrap up warm) but we spent every day outside enjoying all that the region has to offer.

The facilities were terrible. Stuffy, outdated, broken. Master bedroom with 2 separate beds, tiny 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Real pity because the building, the halls and the area are so well maintained.

Super friendly staff, so accomodating and polite. Very clear communication. Excellent location, quiet, green area and so close to the centre. Good heating.

Take the blankets away please. Unless they are stored in sealed bags you don't know if they have been washed between guests. The sink area work top was very worn in our apartment kitchen areas are small so expect to put the kettle and toaster etc on the table - but at least there is a provided extension so they are not balancing on a chair. I'd have liked to use the laundry but there was no information on how to do this other than directions in the lift as to how to get to it. And when found the door was locked. oh and 3 people bathing - hot water ran out. order the apartment size for 4 more than you need or 2 sleep on the bed settee; having no privacy and others then can't get out onto the terrace if the bed is down or watch the TV.

Its a great central place to stay,easy to find. Swimming pool is great. Lift access, disabled access.

Nothing. I liked everything!

Very clean and I was greeted by a terribly friendly lady on reception! The apartment was well equipped, confortable and had a super view over lovely Uzès. I would definitely stay there again!
