Silly details weren't quite right. Missing wardrobe door, lack of storage for clothes, weird temporary lavatory seat, a bare electrical connection in the bathroom(!). Could easily have been so much better.

Friendly and helpful staff. In a relatively quiet street but very close to nightlife and the seafront. Stylish early 20th Century period flavour.

Although the picture gallery showed rooms with windows, our room did not have a window. The bathroom had two large and very nice (frosted glass) windows. The sliding glass door on the bathroom was odd since it wasn't completely obscured. Decoration was quirky. We'd been in France for 3 weeks and stayed at 5 hotels. Language barrier was most challenging at this hotel. Our other hotels had their most language fluent and outgoing staff at the reception desk during the busiest check-in times. First impressions set the tone for the stay.

Location, location, location. Close to absolutely everything. Quiet room. The staff was very helpful. We prefer smaller hotels.

The breakfast ( sorry, I know they tried but it was odd and my scrambled eggs were inedible. ) The incredibly dark stairway. Not kidding, I had to hold on to make sure I didn’t trip in the dark.

Good location and good room/ac. Staff very accommodating and friendly. They drove me to the airport in a timely and pleasant manner.

The location of the hotel was alright, would have been better without all of the construction. Also the elevator wasn’t working.

Property is as you would expect for an inner city hotel in this price bracket. No major issues or complaints. Had the misfortune to time with some major roadworks outside, which made access a bit difficult. Additionally there were a couple of power outages (not sure if related) which stopped the lifts, lights and wifi.

Close to the beach and a near the centre of town. Staff were super friendly, happy to speak slow french and put up with our bad french responses. Breakfast was nice and worthwhile. Beach towels were available for hire and umbrellas for free if needed.

This location puts you in close proximity to the Promenade, dining and shopping, the old city center and flower market and Chateau. The staff were courteous and helpful, greeting visitors warmly and offering information about the area. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily, which is a rarity in the US since COVID. Appreciated that touch

It was close to a lot of building work, however the windows were excellent and completely blocked out the noise so slept very well.

Not much to be honest. The bathroom in room 206 was a little strange in layout in that the toilet was a very tight squeeze to get in and water from the shower got everywhere. But them there was a plastic covering foe the floor to take care of that.

First, when we got there very early they let us into the room which was great. The location of the hotel is excellent. 5 minutes from the old town and 50 metres from the beach. Staff very friendly and feels more personable than a big chain hotel. Shower pressure lovely and had a jacuzzi bath.

The location is great if you want to be close to the promenade and the beach. The neighbourhood itself is so so, but it's a very short walk to the nicer parts of the city. For the rest, the hotel is fine, the interior was not always to our liking, but it was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Having a window only in bathroom was a bit odd. There was light through the glass door. Anyway it would have been good to know of not having a window in the room.

I think the fact that this hotel cam up when you click on the parking request when searching for the property. I don't think this is their fault but it would have been good to have a warning! Plus the car park was blocked off by roadworks so we spent a little while trying to find another one!

The location of the hotel was perfect and so easy to walk around the main part of the old town. The room was nice and clean and just what you want for a two nights stay!
