The staff doesn’t speak very well English. WiFi was terrible! Sometimes it works very good, but mostly we had to go in the hall to catch the signal.

Everything was pretty nearby hotel. Price, comfort, cleanliness was great.

We were only given a quarter of a bottle of soap and 2 toilet paper rolls for our entire stay, if you wanted more you then had to spend extra to buy more which we didn’t think was fair particularly since we weren’t given a full soap bottle to begin with! Can be noisy at night

Some items in the room are quite old. I saw rust stains on the furniture.

The staff is so supportive. A girl in the reception team cannot speak English, but she tried her best to asisst us. Much appreciated her kindness.

This time we got a tiny room with very little space around the bed, miniscule bathroom with less than 0.5 square meter to stand.

Our second stay at the hotel. Simple and functional rooms with well equipped cooking facilities. Good location, convenient parking in the courtyard. Nice balcony. Staff really always extraordinarily friendly.

Due to the renovation of the road in front of the hotel, it was really difficult to find the hotel. Maybe they could put up a sign or tabel for Hotel. I'm sure that the hotel can not influence on second point - but I need to write that down. The Rossini restaurant is located nearby - according to google map, everything ended upon arrival at the location of the restaurant. At the restaurant, the staff "know nothing" about the hotel, even we find it then ourselves "by misstake" just across the street. In the evening we wanted to have dinner in Rossini - we were sure, that they realy not know nothing about the Hotel. We waited in restaurant for more than half an hour, no one even asked us what we wanted. After half an hour we left an stuff did not even greeted us.

The location is OK, the old town can be reached on foot. The room was clean, but the equipment needs refreshing. The apartment had all the necessary equipment (including a dishwasher). Kind staff. I treveled with car. The parking lot next to the hotel is quite small and needs to be reserved in advance. Despite the fact that I did not do this, the lady on arrival arranged for me to park - becouse the parking was full - at first step just for one night and after that for all period of my stay.

I arrived late (9pm) and alone, I didn’t expect to have to call a number and enter lots of codes for door/safe to get keys and would have preferred someone on reception. The bed was comfortable however the bed linen was cheap, there was no mattress protector on the mattress and the pillows were fibre filled - ok but could do with updating. On my second night in the property I found what I believe to be a bed bug in the bed, staff were very helpful and moved me to an emergency room for the night. I was told the bed would then be treated and changed. No issues for the rest of my stay. :)

amazing location, super market next door, train station 9 minute walk, tram station 5 min walk, beach front 11 minute walk - amazing. I loved the option to be able to cook your own meals. I have allergies so eating out is tricky for me, being able to cook at the property took away stress and saved money!

shower leaked all over bathroom floor and air con stopped working the final night. asked for 1 extra toilet roll and was asked to pay €7 for a cleaning pack vs paying for the roll itself

great location with easy access to the beach, metro and train lines. staff were friendly and looked after bags between checkout and us leaving for flights

There were road construction work early in the morning. And fire alarm training. The plates and cups were dirty.

During our final 2 day stay in the 4 bed apartment , which was in the attic we found it to be very hot and stifling as there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. However there was air conditioning in the lounge downstairs. Resorted to opening the velux windows thus losing the blackout benefit. Although the bedroom had an attached bathroom, there was no toilet which meant we had to descend downstairs on wooden steps to access the toilet. Rather tricky when one is half asleep during the night. Also the steps were noisy!!

After initial disappointment of being offered a double bed when I clearly booked 2 single beds as was travelling with my niece, staff managed to find us a suitable room for 2 nights and then had to move rooms for the next 2 nights. There was disconnect between booking.com and the apart hotel hence the confusion. I had also requested breakfast for 2 guests but reception thought it only applied to one guest!!! The situation was soon resolved. Staff were always polite, courteous and helpful
