I sent the hotel a message that we would like to reserve parking spot twice but didn't receive any respond. Arrived at the hotel and was being informed that we could only park it for a night. I wish the communication can be more responsive.

The price is reasonable considering it is at Paris central area. It is accessible.

The breakfast was continental, nice but relative simple, there were no any vegetables.

The bed, the room was very good, comfortable. The localisation of the hotel was very good: you can reach undergrounds, trains within 5 minutes The receptionists and at the waiters at the breakfast were very kind.

It was very noisey with noise from the street and noise from the neighboring rooms. We could hear everything. Conversations, snoring, showering, footsteps of the other guests and it made it very hard to sleep. Also, it would be helpful to have a kitchen towel as we needed to keep buying paper towels for doing the dishes and cleaning the area etc. The « double » bed kept separating which made it difficult to sleep comfortably near my partner as I was always on the gap.

Comfortable and clean. The staff was also very kind and the location was great. The kitchenette was nice and had most of what we needed.

We could hear some sort of conversation somewhere in another room, which was a bit annoying but not very disturbing. The restaurant or area where the breakfast is served is quite crowed, you'd have to share table with big groups.

The room was small and cozy. There was a small kitchen and coffee/tea to prepare. The location was good, there are some good restaurants closeby and metro nearby as well.

Bed left me very achy in the morning although I didn't notice it being uncomfortable during the night. Perhaps just didn't suit me.

The lighting was a bit dated. This made the feel of the room a bit gloomy.

Booked double bed but received two pushed together.Booked parking space for €29 a night,on arrival someone placed his car between the lines and my car did not fit in to the last space.Was offered another space in different level at the exit with such a narrow and sharp entrance where scratched my car in a wall.Wanted to have bath wasn’t enough hot water for half bath.Was waiting for 2-3 hours to have hot water again.

We had a limited amount of hot water and no one advised us so the water got cold when we were showering. We also booked a room with a garden view and did not get it. The staff very kindly offered to change but we had already unpacked all of our stuff.

The staff is friendly, breakfast is great (but paid), and they cleaned the room everyday!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not many choices and when we were there it was busy so the food didn’t seem to be enough. Also the breakfast room wasn’t able to seat so many people.

A very beautiful hidden gem. A nice garden in the middle of the buildings. Close to bus/metro stations and on a street with many restaurants and shops. A super comfortable bed and quiet to get some sleep. You barely noticed you are in Paris.

walls were way too thin, you could hear everything from the next room. Sleep was disturbed because someone was snoring in the next room. That was really unacceptable.

Helpful staff, great location, room was basic but had everything we needed. Located close to the metro station, in a great neighbourhood, exploring nearby was also fun.

Booked a garden view room but was given a different room. They weren’t able to change rooms until the second night. When I did receive the garden view room, it had bamboo growing directly in front of the window so no view of the gardens anyway. I complained about an issue with the hot water on the first night. There was not enough to have a full bath so could not stay in it for long being luke warm. I called reception but no one came so after 20 minutes I called again. When the guy from reception arrived, he ran the hot water tap and said it had to run for awhile. After a minute he ordered me to feel the water in front of him. I felt uncomfortable with his manner so declined feeling the water. It turned out to still be cold. He came back after another 20 minutes but it was still cold. The next day I enquired with a different guy at reception about the issue with the hot water and he explained that there is only a limited amount of hot water per room.

Comfortable bedding. Five minute walk from Nations metro which has a direct line to Chatalets - Notre dam area. Adequate breakfast - eggs, sausage, cold meats, yoghurt, tinned fruit, fresh bananas and apples, pancakes, bread, cheese, croissants, chocolate au pains and hot drinks. Glad we got a Black Friday deal as expensive otherwise.
