Lack of information in the room regarding the hotel and local facilities. Room not cleaned during our 3 night stay or at least some form of floor cleaning tool could have been supplied. No toilet paper or tea towel.

Location was good. Warm room with good facilities.

We got what we paid for so we can't complain. The only constructive points are : I would check the exact spec for your room as they are all different and pictures can be deceiving when booking online. Also you can hear next door neighbours although everyone was quiet after dark. No rowdy parties allowed so did not bother us. Some of our beds had hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. Kitchen facilities are very basic. For example there was no bottle or a tin opener and it costs €8 for a bottle opener at a local store! So bring your own. Some rooms only have microwaves so double check what you get before you book. The main village Sixt is 20 mins walk or 5 mins by a bus. The shop is very small and closed between 12:00-16:30. You best get a bus to Samoens if you don't have a car for your food. Bring essential supplies with you if you want to avoid splashing out a lot of cash for items that usually cost next to nothing. I.e. soap, washing up liquid, toothpaste , pot noodles, chocolate, drinks etc. Otherwise it's a good value for money place and location for scenery and accessibility make it worthwhile place to visit.

Great location to skii , suitable for families with young children. Located in a quiet, rural vilage with spectacular views. In particular fantastic for beginners and yet you can reach the main ski slops by bus which is free. Then you can Ski to door from the main slops or get a bus back. It's ideal if you want to avoid crowded resorts. There is a very good family run restaurant/caffe right next to the place. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating. Food is very good and reasonably priced. Drinks are however pricy which is typical for a skiing type area. The only thing is they don't seem to serve dinners. But you can still enjoy your drink in the evening with some snacks. Usually pancakes after 16:00. Great ski hire place is in the same building as the restaurant and you get 10% off if staying at Le Petit. In the main village of Sixt , which is very nice you can find more places to eat. Great take away Pizza place , highly recommend !!! Local people are very friendly , welcoming and helpful. If you are experienced skier you can get to the top and look at Mont Blanc on a good clear day. There is a nice restaurant on top that serves amazing food.

A hotel is situated in a lovely area of thousand beautiful Alpine waterfalls. It's a very fitting place to do hiking and walks around this marvelous land. Not many people around and peace and quiet everywhere. Very nice swimming pool with warmed-up water is an additional incentive to take advantage of choosing it. A studio kitchen is fully equipped.

There are no restaurants in the immediate area you have to walk back into town, which is also very quiet. Takeaway pizza is easy to get but plan to eat in most nights!

We enjoyed use of the jacuzzi. Apartment had a nice little kitchen which had everything we needed. Parking was available immediately outside the building and there was a lift. We had a view of the waterfall. It's right by some beginner runs.

Hotel is located close to the bus stop and just at the end of Piste de les Cascades. Nice small kitchen, the rest of facilities is a bit basic but enough for those who come just for skiing. Ability to book the room for a couple of days makes it a great choice for a weekend trip.

At this price you cannot complain. We would come home from a good days skiing at Samoens and have a nice bath. Relax and do some work emails using free wifi. The view and tranquil surroundings are lovely and with a car the whole valley is very accessible and we would eat out in Samoens or Morillon most nights. All in all good stay at a good price which wont be matched in Grand Massif region!
