Shower in the bath, no shower curtain, so no standing up under the shower. Had to sit in the bath, holding shower in one hand and try and wash. :-(

Diner and breakfast really nice. Room clean and cool. Relaxing at poolside after the journey was a bonus!

We asked for extra bed, it was confirmed with booking, but then not possible to get. Sofa bed was very poor and making a lot of noise. Fridge was not getting cold. Staff was not very welcoming.

Nice old village, good location and building, pool, and the food was good.

The location and terrasse dining area were delightful, the superior room was spotless but the decor though extremely smart was rather too sombre for my taste and lighting inadequate for reading. We were on the ground floor without a terrace which was a little disappointing as apparently some superior rooms have them but not others. I would recommend one specifically requests them when booking. We enjoyed our 55 menu meal on the terrace. Tables are well spaced and it was a little pricey but the service was good and the waiter smiling and attentive throughout. All in all, a very pleasant one night stay.

Being English our morning cup of tea in bed is very important! No kettle. Not even hot water to our room. This is just me being picky but there’s a coffee machine, don’t really understand why we couldn’t have a kettle! Also breakfast was very sweet, no savoury options and a little disappointing.

Very beautiful mas on the outskirts of a village. Incredible food. Food alone makes it worth a visit. Lovely pool for a dip when you arrive. Quiet at night for sleeping.

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. From our first stay some years ago we had good experience. This time it was a bid disappointing. The rooms need resurbishment. The shower (in the bath) is not very practical (no hook to hang the shower handle and no shower curtain (with wooden floor getting wet). We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the quality and preparation of the meal was quite good but a bit expensive, however the standard wine by the glass (Euro 9 / glass) was too expensive, making our overnight stay while on-route to Spain with dinner for 2, a very expensive start of our holiday. Room with breakfast Euro 156, Dinner Euro 63 / person (excl. cheese + wine).

Location is nice with garden terras (with swimming pool) and restaurant.

More thought on the bedroom design as above but otherwise fine

A little tricky to find the hotel since there were no signs around the town. But once there it was a quiet, comfortable hotel. The room was fine although in some ways it was form over function ! An open shower meant water sprayed onto the floor; the toilet was separate and so tiny that you couldn't go in AND close the door; a few other oddities but no big deal. The hotel publicity said that the restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings from September. I called them and dinner was no problem. Not only that, the dining room was modern, very nice, busy and a really good atmosphere. Then came excellent cooking and presentation and lovely service

Beautiful setting, not luxurious but comfortable and welcoming. Well located, with a great pool. The restaurant is excellent.

the staff did what they should do, but not more and not less. they were not visual and present between lunch and diner, we had to look for them in order to get a drink. we did not get a very “Welcome” feeling. Typically, “ le patron” did not set the example. they could make more out of it. Being friendly costs as much as not being friendly but changes the game completely.
