We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JerseyOnly a small inconvenience was the parking which the property said could be reserved in advance for € 10 per day, which I did on booking. When asking where the parking was situated I was told “there is parking outside hotel on the road and several car parks nearby”. We arrived and found a space nearby, called at the Hotel to ask where our reserved space was but was told very abruptly by Proprietor “you can’t book in until 3.30 and there is no parking”. We just left car in car park for the whole day and was pleasantly surprised it only cost approx £15.
Lovely big room with a fabulous view across the Cancale bay. Very clean, a large comfortable bed with crisp linen sheets. Nice bathroom with heated towel rail, soft white towels and bathrobes.

United KingdomCarrying our bags up two flights of stairs to our room! However, we recognise that this is a small price to pay in order to enjoy the character of this old property.
Comfortable room on the second floor. Attractive decor and very nice bathroom with a decent sized shower. The manager spoke good english and the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. We would definitely return to this hotel if we plan a futher trip to this area. Thank you.

Fabulous location on the seafront, lovely big room with good facilities. Parking can be tough but we parked in town and walked down to the port. We are in the restaurant and the fruits de mer was yummy, unfortunately the staff were quite rude, maybe just because they were busy however when we left to go to our room one waiter ran after us shouting that we needed to pay when we had already done that….pretty poor behaviour when we were staying the hotel. Would stay here again but probably not eat there.
