The decor in our room was dark and old fashioned. Nothing like any of the photos on Booking.com. Mould in bathroom on the grouting. The hotel may well be 4 star in terms of facilities, but our room didn’t feel 4 star. With some attention to detail and more modern bedlinen, it could be.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice pool (although we didn’t get time to use it). Pleasant complex.

Very poor but expensive breakfast. Not much at all to choose from and 13 euro per day there should be a much better breakfast. We ate there only for the first day. The wifi was non existent and I had to use hotspot on my phone to even be able to use the internet All in all a very expensive hotell for their standard Stayed one week and they didn't even change sheets or bed covers for the whole week, just made the bed

Very Nice pool area and pool.

The water of the swimming pool can be improved. The bicycle need maintenance. We borrowed two bicycles, one can hardly stand by itself and other one’s handle keeps moving up and down and broke my finger...

Very helpful and pleasant receptionist. They even offer to help to bring the suitcase up to the up floor refusing the tips. Prefect maintenance of the grass and garden. The hotel can offer to rent bicycle (12Euro/day) which is convenient to ride to city center and go out to see sunflowers.

This is not a " full service" hotel thus the facilities were modest. But what it lacks in modern facilities it makes up for in the helpfulness of the staff. Also it has a nice garden with lovely looking swimming pool although we did not use it

The staff were amazing for their helpfulness. We came to Arles for one night to attend a major event. Taxi companies were fully booked but the staff pulled off a miracle...got us a Turk tuck which was much more fun than a taxi. Also they offed to make us a sandwich after the performance if all the restaurants in central Arles were boked out. Extremely hospitable and tolerant of our inability to speak French

The hotel is quite far from the city gates, but after all is feasible, 20 minutes walking. Parking lot is okay but when the hotel gets fully booked and you get back late, be prepared to park outside

The garden with the swinming was really nice, very clean rooms, with comfortable beds. Stuff was very kind There also a nice little garden where you van sit down and get some drinks

the ground transport is terrible in Arles. We couldn't always get a taxi back to the hotel which is not downtown. The facility would greatly benefit from a full time shuttle for people. Otherwise you really have to have a car to use this place.

Location is out of the way, and taxis are difficult to come by in arles. When I finally did get a taxi after an evening out, the driver initially refused to take me to hotel (he seems to have a personal beef with the management). This was the ONLY room available in Arles on short notice after our Airbnb booking was cancelled last minute. At over 300 euros, it was not a cheap option. Luckily I had read reviews and was not expecting a 4 star hotel as advertised. Nothing says luxury like 2 cans of ant spray in the bathroom ; )

Nothing really - the location is unusual in a sort of working class suburb but walking distance from the interesting and charming city centre. The website and reviews already highlight the location so it was expected.

Welcoming and helpful staff - a quiet and spacious location with garden and pool but only a few minutes from the old town on foot or by car/taxi (the latter is recommended if you can't walk too far). Our own terrace facing the garden and convenient secure parking by our own front door. Excellent breakfast, including eggs and bacon, at a higher price than usual but well worth it! Reasonably dog-friendly.

While the property itself is very nice and well kept the same cannot be said for the neighborhood. It may only be a 15 minute walk to the center of Arles, but I would not recommend doing it after dark.

Very nice 4 star motel with big room, fridge and tea making facilities. Our ground floor unit opened onto a small terrace at edge of large lawn with swimming pool. A little way out of the old city of Arles but the staff pointed out there is a free parking lot on the edge of it if you didn't want that extra 20 minute walk. Convenient for getting back on to the highway. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff spoke English.
