Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe place need done up. I have been coming to this place for past 15 years. And each year is more tired.
The location could not be anybetter. Right at the bottom of the slopes. With the right conditions it is true ski in. It is not bad priced but dont expect much. It is dry,warm and relatively clean. If you coming for the skiing and not for luxury acomodation this place is good.

United KingdomThe 8 person apartment barely fit 3 adults. It was tired, which I expected but was also very dirty. For which there is no excuse. The sheets provided were clean and in a sealed bag but the blankets (the only available warmth at night) had been used numerous times and were covered in all kinds of hair and even contained embedded nail clippings. Simply vile. The stairs or should I say ladder to the mezzanine floor was narrow and steep with a step near the bottom where the camber was designed to propel you to the floor. The mezzanine floor did have a shower room (no toilet) which we never used due to the reek of sewers. The door was kept shut at all times but the stench still seeped out. Thankfully on a ski holiday the apartment is only used for sleeping and showering so minimal time was spent in it awake. There was an added screw in the floor which could easily have ripped a hole in your foot.
The only positive was the location
