Amazing location close to everything, and yet amazingly quiet and private at the same time. We received an incredibly warm and hospitable greeting on arrival: our host full of great local information and helpful tips. This made the stay most enjoyable. The rooms are spacious & charming. OMG, I am absolutely OBSESSED with these apartments in Honfleur! This place is pure PERFECTION! 😍 First off, the location is just INSANE! The sea is so close, but here's the magical part - you get to walk through the most GORGEOUS garden and park to reach it! It's like having your own private fairy tale pathway to the ocean! Every morning walk felt like I was in a dream! 🌸🌳 And can we talk about Saturday mornings?! There's this absolutely CHARMING market right by the old church that will steal your heart! Fresh local goodies, incredible atmosphere - it's like stepping into a French postcard! The vibes are just UNMATCHED! 🥖⛪ The apartments themselves are MEGA AMAZING! I'm talking next-level awesome with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need! They've literally thought of every single detail - it's like luxury living made effortless! ✨ Plus, FREE parking right nearby! In France! Can you believe it?! No stress, no hunting for spots - just pure convenience! 🚗 But here's the cherry on top - this location is the ULTIMATE base for exploring all of Normandy! A Penny for your thoughts. Penny, the host, gave you all the recommendations you will need. A fantastic welcome to Honfleur. The apartment is in one of the oldest building in the city. The furniture is modern but the floor is ancient. A lovely stay in the centre of the city. If you like Hilton choose another place but if you want to live this is the right place

Excellent stay – we’ll definitely be back! We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The suite on the top floor was stunning, with beautiful decor and a truly comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Most of all, Penny was the most charming and welcoming host we could have wished for – warm, helpful, and full of great recommendations. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Truly excellent in all regards. Great apartment, very comfortable with all facilities that you would want. Quiet but only a few minutes walk from all that Honfleur has to offer (and that's a lot). The nearby free parking worked very well, only a few minutes away, so a real bonus. Penny the owner/host was so helpful and kind.

What a lovely place and even lovelier host! The apartment is right in the heart of town, nestled on a lovely street lined with charming little shops and cozy restaurants. The space itself was absolutely enchanting. Penny has done a fantastic job modernizing the apartment while preserving its incredible 14th-century character. She made us feel welcome, taking time to share some of the town’s history and offering great recommendations and tips for our stay. We had such a lovely night, and to top it all off, she even treated us to some fresh cherries and a taste of Calvados (the cherry on top 🍒)! Highly recommend this special place.

The apartment is in the most perfect location in Honfleur. It's in a beautiful house that has loads of character and style and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Penny, the host is always on hand if you need any information and is a brilliant source of recommendations for sights, cafes, and restaurants. We tried many of the ones Penny suggested and were never disappointed. If you're planning a stay go to La Venelle Saint Jean - you won't be disappointed!

We stayed three nights here, and it was really lovely. We were jet lagged, but we were able to relax and rest because the flat was cozy. The decor was very tasteful, and it showed off the history of the building. Penny met us by the lane and guided us where the apartment was so we wouldn't get lost. She was so helpful and answered all our questions very quickly throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. We were able to have a seafood meal in the flat.. Penny really thoighy of all the details to make pur stay a most comfortable one. Convenient location without being noisy.

For us, the memory foam mattress was not that comfortable. That said, we did sleep well, but we prefer a little more 'give' in a bed. There are a lot of spiral, wooden stairs, something which is highlighted so that was not a problem although getting heavy suitcases up to the 3rd floor is challenging! The set of stairs leading directly into the apartment are actually uneven and more narrow in places, unlike the previous 2 flights, so something just to be aware of if you have slight balance issues. The one other thing is the parking. That fits both camps here - so brilliant that there is actually free parking anywere near the centre of Honfleurs, and it is 3-4 minutes from the apartment. The bad news is that everybody knows about it and it can get very tricky finding a spot if you go out and then return. It is also quite a walk with cases - we dropped off nearer to the apartment and did the same for our pick up, but we are used to driving in France and can speak french - so on the occasions this irritated somebody impatient, we were able to hold our ground!

The location could not have been better. Host went out of her way to guide our choices of activity. Honfleurs is of course divine and we found out so much more by staying in the town itself. The harbour, the restaurants, the art galleries, the Normny buildings - they will take your breath away. The apartment is down a little alley close to the Satie museum, stunning with a small kitchenette and bathroom, a huge bed, and masses of space. It was very humid while we were there and a big fan was provided which helped keep the temperature balanced for sleeping. The ancient history in the building lives through, yet with modern conveniences and it is immaculately and tastefully decorated throughout.

Our Honfleur trip was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Penny welcomed us warmly and provided excellent recommendations for local tours and restaurants, making our stay more enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. It was wonderfully quiet in the evenings, allowing us to relax and unwind. We can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!

The apartment is located in a historical building in the center of Honfleur. We found it very beautiful, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything necessary (and more). There is plenty of seating opportunities to lounge around, the couch was very comfortable, as was the bed. The kitchen is well equipped as well and cooking for two was a breeze. The flat is perfectly located to explore the very beautiful town. We were advised to park on a parking lot which lies a walk of a few minutes away and was free and had plenty of free space. Just for loading and unloading our baggage however, parking right nearby was possible as well. The host was super friendly and took a lot of time to get us settled in and to give us advice on which restaurants in town might be best suited for us personally, gave us a few secret tips, e.g. about recommended stalls at the local weekly market, and even went over our sightseeing plans with us, giving further recommendations etc. She was always available for communication in case anything came up. One cannot wish for a nicer place to stay and a nicer and more helpful host!
