It's not super expensive, but ive been to hotels in Paris and Lyon for the same price, which were a lot nicer. No wifi because of roadworks (not sure what this had to do with it, but it's what I was told). Iw as here for work and really needed WiFi, this should have been mentioned on the website or on booking.com. There was no bar in the hotel. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors are saying (and doing... :-( ) . No elevator.

Hostess was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good and with some homemade products like the jams and the cake. A lot of (payed) parking available.

Very dirty and worn carpet. Room really small, walls paper thin, no elevator, no lobby, asked for heat in evening none. Breakfast really not worth 8 euros.

Not much. Close to the train station, bed was comfortable if small.

We had terrible trouble working the shower! Firstly there was no water- then it worked for a while before cutting out again.

Good location between the town and station. Beds and room were adequate for the price paid.

It felt like a hostel. Rooms were really hot. Front door was a bit dodgy, almost got locked out.

Clean and tidy and good location for the old town as a short walk away. Staff don't speak English, or very little so brush up on your French.

The hotel is older like typical french hotels are, but the hotel was very clean.

The Hotel is on a good location on the edge off the city center. The breakfast was good and complete and had home made cakes and fresh bread from the baker next door. The owner is very nice and gives good information.

Although there is sinks in the rooms, there is no toilets or showers. Have to walk along the corridor to use both. Why do French hotels feel the need to hang 'London' canvases in the hotel rooms.? Very strange and not what you want if you have traveled 350miles from England.!

Good location and although you can park opposite the hotel, this is on the main road and you therefore have to pay. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to main shops and restaurants and bars.

Everything was fine, there wasn't anything that we didn't like.

A lovely room, plenty of space and very comfortable. Wonderfully placed for access to the medieval town centre - a mere 5 minutes walk away. The people who ran the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was stunning; the lady makes everything herself, including the fruit yoghurt, savouries and cakes - which were yummy! We would highly recommend this hotel.

No lift but a lot of stairs if that's your thing. The in room shower was about the right size for your left leg (as long as it isn't, you know, a BIG leg) and the faucet wasn't actually attached to the sink.

Not too expensive, reasonable for the cost

Not bad, but was surprised I would have to drag my suitcase up three flights of stairs. The owner (?) did carry it up but was nowhere to be seen when we left. Down was easier, but at my age! Oh well!

It was fine for location and price. We didn't expect a lot, but we even had breakfast as it was nearly as good as in other places that charged up to double.

Room too small for 3 people, difficult to walk to toilet or get round beds. Double Bed really uncomfortable. Bathroom style better than substance eg great looking tap over washbasin, but difficult to moderate flow and temperature. Shower cubicle large and looked very chic, but low water pressure so shower pressure weak.

Location convenient for a stopover between north Italy and UK. Free parking across road at the weekend Location for restaurants, shops and bars and sights of Troyes is excellent. WiFi connection was good. Staff member very friendly and helpful Room clean and bathroom looked fantastic, recently refurbished. Lovely balcony, which unfortunately we couldn’t use since it was raining Dog friendly, but room too small for dog to stay

No air-con, no shower [next floor down], no toilet [down the hall], no TV, no nothing ... just uncomfortable and hot. I had booked "economy" while looking at their photos which showed a room with [small] balcony, a street outlook, a flower-box, and small squeezy shower and toot. When my wife arrived and refused to be cooped and broiled I was remonded that had booked 'economy room' ... yes, I did, but from the advertised pics and texts I thought I was buying what I was looking at. The owner reckons I'm a dill, I reckon he is fraudulent. Anyway, we walked out and suffered a 100% forfeit of monies .... they have me/us by the balls don't they!!!! The room was unliveable.

    Nice man, good location.

No lift, narrow staircase. Bed spread was a bit suspect and walls had not been washed in a while. Bathroom smelled like sewer. Stingy with toilet paper (we had to ask for more). Staff neutral (at least not unfriendly though). No shutters so mosquitoes got in easily! The hotel has drawbacks but it's a decent living standard for the price, if you're not a princess. Best of all: no bed bugs!

Location is great, WiFi connection was perfect. Small television was also nice to have in the room with good channel selection. The sheets were clean, housekeeping daily. Room was a fair size. Overall a good value for your money as a budget traveller, for Paris.
