Receptionist only spoke french, we had two rooms, one facing the street the other next to the staircase facing the parking. Our friends had the room with the street view and had no problem sleeping, but the other room was very noisy, being next to the staircase we spent the whole night listening people going up and down on the loudest ,oldest ,creaky wooden staircase that exists, opening creaky elevator doors.....Parking next to the entry but only accessible from the street that is behind the hotel.

    Close to the city center

I did not expected to see such bad hotel. Maybe all of them like this in Mulhouse, I don't know, but certainly I will never stay in this hotel again. Everything in the hotel and in the room is very used and ruined. The window in our room was fixed with 3M film - for example. The furniture is cheap and used. Nothing works properly. Telephone cable was cut off (literally)...))). Well, in general: not a good choice.

The only positive point: this hotel have a privat parking.

It was only a stop-over visit for us on our way south. But the hotel and rooms were clean, it was close to the centre without it being noisy. An additional bonus was the free car park.

It was very cold at night and no spare blankets were available. The street is noisy so we kept waking up during the night.

The stuff was super friendly. Really appreciate the free parking, although some rules have to be broken to get in it.

The staff didnt speak English, but on one way or another we could understand. For the price of the breakfast we expected more variety, but what they had was tasty.

The best is the location, very close to the centre, and very good having the parking for free with the room. The room is just fine for a night, dont expect luxury, but is confortable, clean and warm. They allowed us to leave the car there the rest of the day even after the check out.

Appearance is worn and very basic, cold atmosphere, more like a school dormitory or office than a hotel. breakfast is a large cold white tiled hall that acts as meeting room, dining room, has toys and meeting room items shoved in the corner. Very basic breakfast; croissants, bread, 1 type yoghurt and 1 type Jam coffee, 1 type Juice. It was commented as being contintental but no cheese, or slices of ham or cold meat, cereals, boiled eggs or fruits.

Cclose location to center of Mulhouse. Upon my comments on the poor breakfast offerings the staff was sent out for cheese. Clean bed, functional shower

Approaching the hotel the first issue became apparent since the entrance to the parking was on the opposite side of the road which was separated by a central reservation raised pathway and the road allocated for Trams only in that direction. We found somewhere else to park initially and walked to the hotel who then opened the garage door for us to bring the car around to. However you will then need to proceed with caution along the tram only section of road (for which they advised they had special permission). The carpets in the hallway and on the stairs looked old, worn and in desperate need of replacement. The room was poorly lit and the window would not shut and appeared to have become misaligned with the frame. This meant that the acute noise from the trams outside and people attending the cinema opposite the hotel were a constant and loud problem throughout the night. The pillows were at best about a few centimetres thick and had no substance. The blanket and sheets had cigarette burn holes in them as did the top of the small bedside cabinet and there was unswept match and dust on the floor next to the double bed. The breakfast choice in the morning was very meagre and poorly replenished despite being a long time before serving was supposed to finish. The fruit bowl contained a rotten apple and the coffee was undrinkable.

Thankful that we hadn't booked for longer and it was only one night - however the shower did work ok and the parking proximity to the town centre was good once you had managed to negotiate the entrance to it.

Being right over the tram lines and major route meant having the windows open (the only option) guaranteed a noisy sleepless night. To enter the parking you have to cross the whole street tram rails, not an easy task in middle of the busy day as it's city center. Park somewhere and ask staff to open the parking gate.

The location is really central. The hotel has his own parking space, which is great. They have good wifi in the room and it's free of charge. The hotel is very basic. So don't expect any luxury but it's definitely good value for your money. Next to the hotel there are 2 kebap restaurants, which comes in handy if you arrive late, as we did, and you are hungry. The center of Mulhouse is really close tot he hotel. Just cross the main road and you'll find lots of dining places.

The man on reception was a scruffy unshaven guy, couldn't speak a word of English. We got charged for the wifi , it was only €1.50 but the signal was a waste of time. The room was cold with no heating. The view from our window was of the rear of the building, looking on to what only can be described as a derelict building, about 3 meters away. The decore was from the 70s and looks like that was when it was last updated. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. We are on a European tour, that was the 6th hotel we have been in, in the last 8 days and it is by far the worst.

This hotel gives the impression that the owners do the bare minimum to get anyone to stay there and stay within the local regulations. These rooms are furnished and kitted out with the minimum comfort possible! Rooms are certainly not soundproof as we heard plenty of voices and noises from adjacent rooms, luckily not at unsocial hours though. Charged for Wi-Fi when it was not pointed out to us when we asked for the code that there would be a charge. Towels were really tatty and frayed, carpets on the stairs were sticky, lift was broken and we had a 4th floor room, reception lady was sour faced and a little rude. The bed and room appeared clean but in the morning we noticed stains on the blankets, and the 2 rugs in our room had clearly not been vacuumed some time as they had flakes of something that I am hoping was not someone elses skin, or worse, a dog's skin, all over them. The curtains were very scant and on one window the curtain was so small that it didn't cover the window - shy of closing by at least 10cm - and we had to hang a pair of trousers up to give us some privacy. There is no air conditioning which would make the room unbearably hot on hot nights. We had windows open all night on a couple August night, and luckily the nightclub opposite was closed or we would have got no sleep at all. We did not try the breakfast - there were plenty of cafés and eateries nearby. Avoid this place and look elsewhere. We wish we had paid a few extra euros for a better rated hotel!

Bathroom was tired but clean. Location good and the parking was secure behind the hotel.
