Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyThey don't have any chef for cooking the breakfast thats for sure, as the eggs are always super super super well done like they boil it for 20 min minimum and as well they pilled very not nice looks ugly and dry Please teach your cook to prepare eggs as needed... you should write in advance where you want your windows as we got the windows looking at the inside of the hotel walls and other rooms so we didn't had any view..(in booking nothing written about that)

FranceMore a list of potential improvements, nothing killed my experience but could be informative for prospective travellers. It wasn't clear if there were spa facilities for guests other than paid treatments. There was no documentation and the TV menu only indicated paid treatments, so no idea if there was a sauna or anything alike that could have been used, and the gym+spa space being behind the same spa counter dedicated to booking said paid treatments was intimidating enough for me not to try to visit the gym facilities, feeling like it was the "paid for" area. Maybe some documentation available in the room to clarify the usage of these facilities would be useful but maybe it's on purpose because everything requires an extra fee. I was unlucky enough to have one of the only rooms with a different doorknob, so the little "do not disturb" tag would not fit on it and I couldn't tell the cleaning staff not to enter the room, was a bit displeased despite my efforts to leave the tag in a visible space that people still visited the room as they pleased. Some things aren't really thought through, like the little decorative stand in the bathroom, with the amenities barely balanced to stand with everything falling in the sink whatever small gesture you make and being impossible to put back on without losing your sanity. If it's only decorative and it doesn't fit your purpose, maybe just remove or change it. The AC like in most hotels nowadays was hard to understand and wouldn't work very well, I'd go to bed freezing and wake up in the middle of the night boiling up. Again, either some guidelines or making sure there's no standby setting that would ruin the occupant's choices overnight.
Room was spacious and had most of the things you'd expect and need. Hotel staff was very nice and accomodating, I had an event there and asked to privatise their lounge and there was no issues with this, lounge was a great spot for interviews, cosy, stylish, clean and private. In general the hotel was extremely helpful and I'm grateful for that. Good location, fairly priced, breakfast was not the best I ever had but covered most expectations and was made with care, they were able to make me a decaff latte, which not all places will provide (decaff isn't only for people who don't want caffeine at a certain point in the day, but also those who enjoy coffee but cannot have caffeine for medical reasons) I didn't use it but being able to use chromecast on the TV is a plus I suppose Would have been nice to have a bathtub, but the shower was spacious with instant hot water so only an additionnal wish of mine
