The original room we stayed was cold and had no hot water at all. The sink and the shower all cold. But we did get a room change after talking to the staff, and the new room was more spacious and the heating was much warmer, and the hot water in the new room was perfect!

The location is perfect! Right in front of the train station. Quite a lot of restaurants around. Easy to walk to downtown as well.

The room vas very small

The room was clean and tidy but very small (hardly any room to even walk around the bed). This did not matter much to me as it was a work-visit. The location is perfect (opposite bus & rail) and the staff were great and helped me out when needed.

The hotel is perfectly situated when travelling by train or bus, right at the exit of the station. Clean room. Friendly staff.

The bathing square is quite small for big made and taking a shower is almost impossible. But again, this is just minor problem.

The staff team is super friendly and the location is perfect to take intercity bus, train and then local bus, metro. The room is neat and clean with all mentioned facilities provided. The room is concealed well and great for winter, so that room is warm.

The rooms are not very well insulated and the high price of breakfast.

The location is very good for the people who come with the train or bus. The room is quite cosy and nice colorful interior design. The best is : the staff are very friendly !!!

One of the rooms had a very small shower cubicle and the guest cannot shower without knocking their elbows The kettles have not been de-scaled recently and have rust marks inside

It is a 3* Hotels. Nothing more to be expected here in terms of facilities and it is understandable. The sink was sadly a bit clogged and the water didn’t run down smoothly. I could have called the receptionist but I didn’t bother to do that because I only stayed for two nights. The lift, while it is small, it is not an issue for me as I was only travelling with a small luggage.

The property location is just right next to the Gare de Rennes, the old town is just 15 minutes walking distance. Around the hotel there are a lot of nice restaurants.

The location was great, right across from the train station. A short cab ride from the airport. The breakfast was sufficient. A great location for walking to the old part of town as well as outdoor cafes.

We were assigned a room in the top floor which could not be accessed by elevator. The hotel did not inform us in advance so we had a bit rough time moving the luggage by stairs.

The location is great, just opposite to both the train and coach station. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. The street outside has a lot of dining options.

Some noise from station tannoy system. Grouting on the shower was mouldy due to lack of extractiotowels were not good quality

There is no A/C in the rooms, so we slept with the open windows. The location is quite noisy, especially from early morning. The bathroom was very tiny and humid, with traces of mould in the shower. .

Very nice staff, we arrived well ahead of the check-in time and they kept our luggage in storage so that we could visit the city. The personnel gave us a city map and provided a lot of useful information. The hotel is just in front of the train station and walking distance to the city centre.
