Location is good, easy access to Arles for ex.. Perfect stay for one or a few days. Breakfast was cool at the terrace.

Isle of ManWe didn't want a breakfast, just a cup of coffee but this seemed to cause a bit of confusion with the member of staff in the restaurant that morning and they wouldn't let us sit down at a table, they kept waving us towards reception. I tried very hard to learn passable French before our trip but the language barrier was just to great this one time to get around what the problem was so we gave up and went to a cafe just up the road.
Rooms were very clean, good air conditioning. There was a lift which is always handy when you have a couple of big cases to carry. The manager and staff were tremendously helpful and assisted me with booking a taxi to the airport which was really helpful.

The main hotel is really attractive. We were based in the annex a little distance away. The accommodation was fairly basic but clean and in a pleasant location. W enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel. We had a problem trying to book ourselves and 5 bicycles onto a train from Béziers to Lyon. Jeremie in reception was exceptionally helpful in arranging the booking for us. He spent considerable time on our behalf completing the Internet booking. It was above and beyond his duties and we were extremely grateful.

I liked the location: St Gilles central in the Camarque and 20 min drive from Arles. This is a typical French hotel with an excellent restaurant.The room was small but clean and sufficient for our needs as we spend our time site seeing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

NorwayThere had been some kin of suer or septic problem when we got there I belive. The room smelled, and we had to fan it out and let the water run for a while to get the smell away. We are not 100% sure what had happened as we don't speak French. But this could happen anywhere
The room was a good size and very nice! The breakfast was very good as well :).
