The bed mattress was not great. As I'm suffering from lower back issues, the mattress was stimulating the pain.

The staff was amazing. Very patient and happy to help with any request I/we had. The facility is magical, with a very comfortable feeling.

Excellent facilities! Beautiful garden and three outdoor swimming pools and indoor spa pool were amazing. All staffs were so friendly and nice! Close to Nice airport and beautiful St Paul de Vence town, too.

For a resort of this level, it is really a shame that bathrooms are not equipped with a "bidet". How can this be? Especially considering that most of the rooms are new or refurbished and space is certainly available, so it must have been a choice, a very wrong one.

The place is a real paradise on earth. The garden is fantastic, the restaurant very good even if we could not try the gastronomic one. The Spa is well equipped with all the services you may dream of, and the ambiance is excellent. Once you are inside you would never leave. The staff is kind and efficient. As said, a real paradise.

Fantastic stay at the resort, I’m so glad I chose to spend my special holiday at Domaine du Mas De Pierre. The resort surprised us with a free upgrade to one of their lovely junior suites which just made our stay even more special. The resort is very suitable for families due to the abundance of amenities available, especially their Spa, which was remarkable I would definitely recommend trying both of the restaurants there as they were both amazing, and their home baked madeleines were spectacular!

The kids club charged 10€ for drop off (on top of the hourly rate), regardless how long the child stayed in the kids club.

The concierge service was excellent, we had some last minute requests and they were able to make reservations for us at wonderful places. Also the breakfast was amazing. Overall very happy with the experience.

I could have gotten a nicer room one away from the kitchen smoke but overall it's okay the place was fully booked. I also think maybe it would be great if they can guide you more on places to visit near by..

Food service was not consistent, food selection limited and sometimes dietary requirements weren’t accommodated, the main pool wasn’t clean. More information should also be provided as to daily food menu (e.g. we weren’t informed that the pool lagoon operated a theme food selection from thursday to monday).

Facilities are great, location, the green setting, friendly and welcoming staff trying to accommodate everyone being a busy summer season.

kids club should be complimentary for guest and the activities need to improve. Navette to Saint Paul should be more frequent. lifeguard at pools required
