That we had to go home.

The location was heavenly and so beautiful. To stay somewhere so lovely where the view was just amazing but then your accommodation matched inside too was such a bonus. Clara was so friendly and as Irish people with little French Clara made such an effort to make our communication so connected and easy. The late check out was also so appreciated.

No dedicated parking spaces which is a problem at peak times ie lunch and dinner

The location, the architecture, the choice of 3 decks. Unit 11 is particularly well appointed upstairs and we recommend an upstairs unit rather than downstairs where the public car park is located, creating dust and drama as cars roam around looking for spaces.

Nothing! That said, brekkie arriving between 8-8.30 was a tad late with us having a toddler!

Gorgeous property and very sleek and modern! Very friendly lady on reception too! The breakfast was plentiful and changed a little each day!

Beautiful accommodation on a lovely bay. Huge space, 2 terraces, comfy bed, great shower, very friendly staff. We booked for a stopover night enroute to Spain but would go back for longer.

It was perfect

Loved everything, the room, location, the host was perfect, tried to extend our stay but fully booked. I'd come back In a heartbeat. Photo is view from my bedroom at the rear, estuary In front, lots of bars. Restaurants within a minutes walk.

A very cozy and comfortable, modern appartment in the middle of nature: the balcony hangs on the water. You can enjoy huitres or fish soup (I strongly recommend to buy the excellent goods (fish soup !!!) from Maison Laban near by) while admiring sunsets in the open sea air. Everything works perfectly. Lots of privacy, nice management and a very special small town. Especially - for the lovers of oysters.

These are the nicest apartments we found near the Larros port, where we wanted to taste oysters. The room has a kitchen, fridge, toaster, and stove. I recommend buying breakfast groceries in the evening if you don’t want to eat oysters for breakfast too)

The location is beautiful. The apartment has great view from the balcony and it is very beautiful. You can go buy oysters at the oyster growers a few meters from the apartment. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking is right in front of the property.

Stylish apartments with excellent views of the water from multiple angles. Well equipped kitchens and comfortable furniture. Great location next to the oyster bars. Also loved the wall art!

Second time staying at the 12 larros. Loved the place. Cleanliness. Confort meets high expectations. Clara, Julien, Isabelle are lovely and professional. Great communication in person and by what’s up. The views are exeptional. Nothing negative at all.

No sleepers. No shampoo and shower gel. Quite bad water pressure in shower.

Ideal location for oysters’ degustation. Big terraces (apartment Nr. 12). Kitchen is equipped very well. Friendly staff.

Superb location, very high end finish to the room, well equipped, great views from both balconies. Comfortable bed, quiet location, excellent restaurant next door and oyster lounge a few steps away all made for a wonderful day!

Location was excellent, apartment was very comfortable with good design and a great view. Great opportunities for eating oysters and other seafood.

Newly done, apartments look great. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of space and front and back outside seating. Better than expected and nicer than photos. Very close to all the Gujan-Mestras oyster restaurants and lovely balcony overlooking water.
