Way too much focus on communicating all the rules. With a negative impact on a relaxed holiday spirit. And if there is a terrace and a courtyard, I expect to find terrace chairs which weren't available.

My only suggestion is that hosts maybe consider outside furniture. We rented apartment number 4 which has a small terrace, but there were no outside chairs to sit in the lovely weather. Just a suggestion as everything else was perfect

We have stayed in these apartments before and liked it so much we came back! Small but very comfortable apartment with kitchen and sitting area. Immaculately clean throughout with a very comfortable and large bed. The room has everything you need for a short stay . The location is fantastic, right off of Place des Heros but very quiet . Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants right outside . Clear instructions for entry.

All correspondence was in French. Had to rely on translation apps. Studio was a lot smaller than it appeared but still adequate for two people.

We had a bit of trouble closing the door the first time. Luckily, someone from another apartment told us how to do it. A minor problem that was fixed easily.

It was like being Alice in Wonderland accessing the apartment! Loved the location as it was close to the train station and an easy walk to other tourist attractions. Being in Place des Heros was amazing. When we came out on Saturday morning it was like we had been teleported - there was a huge market in full swing! Loved having a washing machine too, complete with detergent. Also, my husband loved having Netflix! Great communication from the hosts too.

Just a suggestion- need an anti slip in bath/shower - we both nearly slipped over a couple of times - it is very slippery! Also, rug in lounge was a slip hazard - curled up at ends. Unfortunately we didn’t know until day before that it was at a different address to what we had booked/received confirmation for, which was stressful as we didn’t have the language to find out why the accommodation had changed/what to do. Fortunately it was sorted out by staff at prior accommodation.
