Was a little untidy, needed a bit of TLC.

Overall this was a good place. With a little bit bit of attention to detail it could be a great place. Close enough to the centre for a stroll in and out.

Facilities are rather poor and the hotel seems not being renovated for very least about 10 years, though it's clean in rooms. Noise. I stayed 1 week for the business trip in October and there was a renovation at the house just in front of my balcony, so the workers started drilling 7 am in the morning and stopped by 6pm. It was impossible to sleep ah hour later in the morning or started doing emails and work during the day. Breakfast is really poor meaning they charge for it 9 euros. You can only have choice between yogurt, musli and croissants or some bread. Coffee machine seems to be rather old and coffee doesn't have anything similar with the real waking you up beverage. My advice is to walk 3 mins and sit down at any cafe where for 9 euros you will definitely have much better choice. Everything written above makes staying there really sad considering the price of 530 paid for 3 nights. Cannes charge you for nothing. Could stay in excellent hotel anywhere else for such price!

The location is okay. The hotel os only 5 mins walk from the train station and only about 10 mins walk from Palais des Festivals (for the most events in Cannes). The staff was helpful when I was having trouble and for some reason they couldn't charge my card they called me back to confirm reservation and kept the booking.

Only one electronic socket per room. Rooms where bit of unclean. Some kitchen wares was missing and kitchen is small. In the corridors where some strange odour. Also the might be some water damages on the rooms.

Great location, quiet room, spacious bedroom and small balcony. Garage parking is nice, but not suitable for big cars. Also coming by car has easy access to motorway and other main roads. Main shopping streets are really close and there are several grocery stores close.

Everything was old and tired. The entire place needs decorating at the very least. Part of the aircon unit in the bedroom was stuck together with elastoplasts. The receptionist wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming.

Excellent location. The hidden second 'bedroom' - we booked the apartment for 4 people but there was one bedroom with a double bed. We had a good look around the apartment, which isn't big, and then found a hidden bunkbed.

old furniture, deffinitely needs renovation, wi- fi connection wasn't perfect. Every time you have to log into it again and set a password.

Nice hotel to stay for a couple of days. Situated 5 minutes walking distance from Plages De La Croisette and 5 minutes from the railway station. It took me a while to find it unfortunately ))) So would like to help the other travellers to save some time to find it. If you travel by train and as soon as you go out from the station you should turn right and go up the road, cross the street at the traffic lights and keep walking up ( you should pass a police office if you are on the right way)). Keep walking forward and then turn left. Cross the road, you'll see a narrow street on your right. We are here, on the left you'll see it))) Unfortunately there are many signs of other hotels, but didn't find even one of the hotel. Hope the owners will take it into consideration to help the travellers with finding it.

The building itself is a bit run down on the outside. We were on the second floor and when on the balcony, there was a constant dripping from the air con on the floor above. The flowerpot outside the front door of the hotel was filled with dog dirt, giving an unpleasant fragrance to entering and exiting the hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station and less than 10 minutes from the Hotel de Ville. The apartment offered a base for activities around the Cote d'Azur. The apartment was basic but sufficed. The wifi worked throughout the apartment.

No bad experiences, nice basic apartment, a bit old and tired looking but good value.

This was well located, receptionist friendly, impressed with balconies and charming view, spacious for our little family of three.

There was no safe in my room. I asked for a single bed and got twin beds. The lights went out for a short period one night. The staff leaves after 9 which can make you feel a bit unsafe- eventho the hotel is in a safe neighborhood.

The hotel is in a perfect location near the Croisette- and close to many shopping areas. The hotel room was a studio apartment and had a kitchen area- which is good if you're there for a week or more- it was clean, comfortable and the staff was really friendly. Also a good price for being in Cannes- during the festival. I would stay here again and recommended.

I enjoyed that the hotel was in a quiet neighborhood. My room had a view of the bay! The staff were very helpful. Although I gave only a fair rating to the location, for me it was fine. I was able to walk to the center (Carlton Hotel) in 15 minutes and enjoy taking a different route each time.

Bathroom was smelly. Room was not very clean and had not bathroom towels. Wifi was not working that well. Parking is narrow, to manoeuvre.

10 minutes walk from the Casino and the Marina. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We booked a room for a group of four people, not a family. But had to use one double bed and one bunk bed. No changes could have been made due to high season and overbooking

Location of the apartments and secured parking

Parking in the area is almost impossible. Parking in the basement costs 9€ and it is not so easy to get the car extracted of this place. And though this area is pretty quiet and though there is nobody in the building opposite, an air conditioned machine is roaring all day and all night. It was not so bad since the weather was still chill and so window remained closed and balcony was not to seat for long but later in the year ?

A quiet place near the center of Cannes. Nice person at the reception. A room not so large but pleasant with kitchen facilities and a balcony.
