Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAnd the reception is only open for a couple of hours twice a day, which makes check in and assistance difficult. So I will not call it a real Hotel, like the name suggests…. It’s more like a property. it was definitely not as large as it looked in the pictures and if you get the room for three, the bed by the door is extremely loud and uncomfortable.
The location was not far to walk into Cannes for the festival. The large bed was pretty comfortable and it had enough mirrors for girls to get ready.

United KingdomI lived in Cannes 30 years ago and I returned to visit a friend with my son. The hotel is really well situated, near to station, town centre and beach/port. The twin room was clean, had a fridge and a safe which we used and a kitchenette which we didn't actually need. Aircon was very welcome and the little balcony was sunny all evening on 3rd floor. Breakfast was continental and fresh each day and reception staff were friendly and helpful. On our first night however there was a problem with the room, i think they over booked to be honest so we were directed to a sister hotel which we needed to get a bus to in Cannes la Bocca. This hotel was of an inferior standard and meant we had to change our plans for that evening and the first full day as we had to return to les Coralynes the next morning to drop our bags off and check in to our then available room. It was annoying especially after a long traveling day but i have worked in hotels and these things happen. It wasn't the end of the world as we had 3 more nights and the hotel did not charge us for the first night and offered us breakfast for the whole stay which was fair. Despite the problem I would return and stay there again as like i said the staff on reception were very helpful sorted out the bill with management and it was a really good price per night for the room and location.
