Late flight and Swiss Air in general but nothing to do with the hotel!

The room was amazing, fantastic views. The staff were very helpful and accommodating despite us being delayed. Great location. Highly recommended.

Could have done with more space in our rooms, we booked late so not complaining , know now that there are larger Refurbished rooms available.

Food was absolutely superb as were all of the staff and the owner ! A wonderful hotel

The owner was very helpful, from drying out wet coats to ensuring that we were able to have an early breakfast on our morning of departure. This hotel has the perfect location for nordic skiing in Le Grand Bornand.

Cold in the rooms--the heating was barely working. The bed was firm and uncomfortable, plus thin summer like blanket was not helping. Unwelcoming staff.

    The location is good.

The Spa could be open during mornings so when you go just for one night and arrive later, you still can enjoy it.

Super! Huge balcony with moutain view. Cozy, nice bedroom. Cool bath. Good breakfast. Near lots of shops and restaurants, everything in a walking distance.

First impressions of hotel very stylish.

First impressions of hotel very stylish. Our arrival at reception was very pleasant and informative. Were explained and offered use of hot tub (of 25mins, daily booking), and sauna with very fair robe rental €5 each with slippers for stay duration. Also, given choice of room upgrade with a bath €12 extra daily (which was a hotel checklist criteria of mine when research booking). However the hot tub compromised well without having one! Dinners were four course and edging toward fine dining class. Crockery and service attention to detail was spot on. Sweet simple continental breakfast however you will find some eggs you can boil in the machine! Our stay everyday was made comfortable and intimate with polite conversation by the wife owner host Nadej. Beautifully architected hotel with stone glass and style. Always a hidden surprise area to find, admire and relax. Everything you need with a mountain view and in the best place close to the ski area and short straight road walk to centre area.

Cosy, quiet room with balcony and great view, good bathroom, half-board excellent food, friendly staff, 20% discount for ski-hire just up road, easy walk to telecabins, modern well-designed lobby and common areas. Can recommend without hesitation!
