Property internally is old. Appliances need updating. Dishwasher broke and flooded our kitchen. No compensation offered. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to contact us. Threats of fines if you didn’t clean your kitchen, empty your rubbish ..... none of this was made clear until after 4 days into your stay. Rooms were tired and needed updating. Water took over 7 mins to get hot. Lights in main stairwells didn’t work which meant you had to negotiate stairs in the pitch black. Very dangerous.

Check in was a little confusing with so many people needing one lift to get all their luggage to their apartments. Swimming pool was lovely but way to cold.

Fantastic proximity to slopes, literally in front of the door. Lovely clean and well equipped apartment. Helpful and polite staff. We would definitely go back.

Wifi is a bit slow. Also one day the saunas weren't working, and the jacuzzi water temperature was a bit cool, but other than that the saunas and spa area were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond to any issues.

A few chipped tiles in the pool did cause 4 of the 8 children in our party to get small cuts on their feet.

Comfy beds, friendly staff, high level of cleanliness.Even though it was the last week of the ski season everything was in good order.

The spa should have been better - the pool and jacuzzi were too cold and several children cut themselves in the jacuzzi. The wifi was atrocious and you couldn't even sent/receive email.

The location was perfect, right on the slopes and parking was easy outside the apartments.

Chipped glasses and plates. Hard, tired sofa. Room next to stairwell meant sound of ski boots clonking up and down stairs from very early in the morning. Unattended kids going wild in pool and spa area. Silverfish in the bathroom. Three children in our party cut themselves on broken tiles in the pool on different days. Reception staff claimed each time to be sorting it out, but ultimately admitted it wouldn't be done until end of season as there was water in the pool..! The day after we saw another child with blood pouring from her foot.

Spacious balcony, well equipped apartment, nice reception. Convenient for slopes, great views of mountains. One reception member very pleasant. Good price.

Not as good as when we last stayed in 2015. The property would benefit from a bit of a refurb. The kitchen sink was badly stained, lots of the crockery was chipped and the door of the freezer compartment in the fridge was broken.

Close to the lift, ski hire and shops. Helpful and friendly staff on reception.

spa facilities were pretty average in that only one of the three steam rooms was ever switched on and the hot-tubs were more like lukewarm-tubs.

location to the slopes was pretty much perfect, everything was very well presented and in great condition. Staff were really helpful and appt was very well appointed.

    - Access to the swimming and sauna facilities is a bit complicated for some of the apartments not located in the main chalet, having to go through a maze of corridors and stairs, outside and back in again. - Some of the furnishings in the apartment were dated, but this is not a big deal unless one is really picky. - The sheets on the beds were clean, but obviously quite used. A refreshing of the linen would be recommended. - The apartment itself was very clean in all aspects except for the floor which had obviously not been well mopped for some time. - Wifi internet access is antiquated and frustrating. Its slow, and requires frequent logging in. Its understandable that a small ski resort high in the mountains is not well served by internet services, but then again there are many examples of other similar resorts I've been to where the internet access is quite functional and up to date. For some, this may be a good thing allowing them to switch off! - The resort itself is not well served by high speed cellular phone services (i.e. not 3G or 4G), but this is no fault of the residence. Better 3G or better access may take the load off of the internet access issues.

    - A lovely self catered accommodation, right in the heart of a very nice, small and family oriented resort. - The staff were very kind, informative, responsive, multi-lingual and accommodating. - The apartment (2 bedroom + living room) was spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped even though the furnishings are becoming a bit dated. - The swimming and sauna facilities were clean and comfortable to use, with dedicated secure lockers for each apartment. - The position of the residence within the resort is excellent with direct access to the pistes and right in front of the children's learning area. - The resort and the residence were very quiet at night. - Ski equipment rental was very easy, with a "Ski-Set" shop right in the residence and bookable in advance by internet. The resort is well served with other ski shops, and at least two well stocked supermarkets. - The choice and variety of restaurants was limited, but the quality was quite good. Everything in the village is within a 2 minute walk. - The resort itself is small, but offers a surprising variety of terrain with excellent off piste access. The lifts were mostly modernized and convenient with almost no wait times.
