I would go back in low season as it is not too far from where I live and I love the sea !!!

There is certainly an air of making money eg charging for sheets and towels and much is made of leaving the place spotless in case you incur penalties ie extra cleaning charges However having found a pan that I had to wash before using !!!???

It was very quiet but would be noisy in peak times I think Staff were very friendly The place suited me well

A few more items could be provided within the chalet (toilet paper, washing-up liquid, bin liners and cleaning products) as all of this had to be self-provided for the duration of the stay (one roll of toilet paper and one bin liner was there on arrival; if you use more then you need to go get more). Cleaning fee is fairly steep (in my view) at €50 or €55. Also no sheets were provided (of course can be for a fee) so I brought my own which just added to my luggage. Wifi was only available in the reception area so don't count on having any network in the chalet - again, this is all stated in description so no surprises there.

Everything was as described and as expected when I arrived. It is a luxury camping house with fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, hot water, tv and all the necessary utensils. A friend of mine with her family visited for one day. The proximity to the beach makes for a great crab hunting or simple walks on the beach. There is a small swimming pool which could be used even by visitors. The dog had to stay on a leash but that's reasonable. This was in September so rules may be slightly different in the heat of the summer and when all chalets are occupied.

The pool was small - if it had not been a quiet time there, it would not have been great. Also, while £14 for bed linen isn't bad for a week, we were only there overnight, so an expensive addition to cost. There is little in the way of on-site shopping and no snack bar or food, although there are other campsites within walking distance that do have facilities.

The cabins had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. Pool was small but refreshing. Beach is a 5 minute walk from the site, and a number of towns and attractions are within an easy drive.

    Pool being closed

Location was peaceful and easy walking distance to golden beaches, Cabin was clean, everything provided except Towels and bed linen, beds were basic but clean, some strict rules regarding cleaning and the inspection on leaving was like being back at school!! pool was closed due to fire but damage was not hidden, three nights was enough for us but this site is geared up for families and kids.
