It is a bit outdated and this is reflected in the cleanliness but also comfort of the room and other hotel areas. Also there were a lot of musquitos both in the room as well as near the pool

The decor of the hallways was dark and our room was smaller than expected with a small window, but it was clean and functional.

The pool was excellent. The parking was generous and there were a series of shops very closeby. The property did not offer food other than a continental breakfast and so allowed you to bring takeaway food inc pizzas etc into the property from the adjacent and unrelated shopping area to eat beside the bar.- this was fantastic.

Just before leaving, I left the keys of our rooms at the reception telling the receptionist that my husband had already checked us out. The lady was pretty rude to me, not for what she said but the way she did. It's a pity that that is the last impression before leaving.

Some of the staff were very nice and attentive (Victoria and Samuel). The location is close to the town center and it's very quiet.

It is located outside the city center in a not so interesting area. One can walk to the center but it takes 20 minutes.

Facilities are good, swimming pool, ping pong table and tennis court. Rooms are okay with good beds and airco.

The pillows were very hard and really uncomfortable. The air conditioning was standing in the upper bedroom of the suite and it really didn't do much. So it was really warm on both levels of our family room in July.

The location is excellent if you are traveling by car, but parking spaces are somewhat limited. We never had a problem finding a spot, but our car was 'blocked' by others a few times. The staff is very friendly, but it sometimes takes some patience to find them. The breakfast is quite expensive for what it is, but you can easily get something small at the supermarket nearby. There is also a pizza restaurant just next door and plenty of restaurants in the town center (about 15-20 minutes walk). The pool area/ garden was great with plenty of chairs. We had one of the family suites on the top floor and the room was very spacious. A bit dated, but comfortable. As you enter, there's a bedroom with a big 2p bed, a sitting corner, a small terrace, a big closet, plus a tiny kitchenette area with a small fridge and a water boiler, and a bathroom. The other bedroom is under the roof upstairs (very steep stairs) and it's huge. Ours had a large 2p bed and a 1p bed, plus lots of extra space, two sofas.

The pool was not heated and the breakfast was poor for the price. There was no more scrambled eggs and pancakes although it was absolutely not the end of the breakfast time and the lady was not happy that we asked for more scrambled eggs.

This is my 3rd time visiting this hotel. Each time the front desk staff have been very friendly and helpful. It also is in a good location with a quiet, lovely large garden and pool.

The room is rather ugly and dark. It gives you the feeling of being in the basement of a hospital. In the early morning (7.30) the cleaners made a lot of noise, creaming and moving beds around with no manners. They also knock and come in after 1 second. Really rude.

Nothing really, it was great.

Great location, great people running the place and it has a great amount of space for kids to use the pool, the table tennis table. There is a large amount of space to run around which is fantastic. Rooms are really well kept and the loft bedroom has an awesome feel to it.
