Parking was a little tricky but the team helped.

The property was brilliant- view was fab and the staff were so helpful. Pool was nicely positioned and the breakfast generous. Beds super comfy and the bathroom lovely and spacious. Cocktails were also nice!

The location was fantastic for us. Lovely view over the lake. The pool was lovely and the drinks service pool side was an added bonus.

Stayed in loft apartment with sloping ceilings and beams above bed - numerous bumps to head encountered. Air conditioning poor. Would not book that room again. Road outside very busy with no footpath outside for first few hundred yards down to centre. No sun umbrellas round pool apart from a canopy over 2 beds.

Mosquitos around the pool at times can be an annoyance.

Place is designed an managed with love. Good karma. A lot of attention to the flow, looks and the mood around the pool area. All that makes the view of the lake even more enjoyable. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

If you do not have a car be ready for a bit of a hike to town.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the view from our terrace of the lake and mountains, breathtaking. Nice breakfast provided. And the pool, jacuzzi and sauna a great help after a day of hiking/walking.

Too many stairs for an older woman, like myself. A long flight of stairs going down to the Reception. Another long flight of stairs going down to the Suite. Many more stairs going down to the Bar/Dining Room, Pool, Jacuzzi area. If I were in my 20's or 30's and still strong, I might not have struggled so with my bags. There was an automated lift for luggage coming down from the parking lot. No one was available to operate it. The Jacuzzi in our bathroom was not working, and did not get repaired during our stay. They lost their Wifi connection entirely the second afternoon that we were there. This was most likely true for the entire area around Lake Bourget. Not the Property's fault.

This Property has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and breakfast buffet. I liked the two separate bedrooms in our suite. I really appreciated the Laundry Service that they provided for us. The Masseuse, a Lady, was gentle and kind.

- The bad location (far from everything) - The ooor standing: rooms not very cleans (dusts and spider webs in the room), some furnitures were a bit damaged, etc. - The greedy Direction who doesn't value long term relationship with their customers and who is very short term when it comes to money

- The view and the Pool - Reception was nice
